This is a new condo with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with a two car garage. Master bedroom has a king bed with a master full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and full bed with a shared full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs in the laundry room. Downstairs features a living room area with a kitchen table as well as bar seating for 3. Outside is another great eating space with a BBQ.

It was overall a nice place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. A trash can had not been emptied, soap dispensers were not full and the fridge was dirty. It would be great to have a new sponge to use for dishes. We also wish that plug ins were not used. The fragrance is bothersome. We had a hard time finding parking at times. However we had a top rack for travel so we were not able to park in the garage.

Perfect 3 bedroom in Mesa

This property is in a safe Mesa neighborhood. It is very clean. The space was very adequate for the 4 adults staying. Beds were all good with nice (not cheap feeling) sheets. Entire condo in good shape. Quiet.Appreciated the garage with garage door opener. Made for easy in and out of the property. Would definitely stay again.

Mesa visit

Our family had a wedding in this area and this was a perfect stay. Incredibly clean and easy to check in. Parking spot in personal garage was a bonus and we highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic time in Arizona with a wonderful apartment/condo with everything that you need to make it feel like home.The only thing that would make perfect, is better blinds as the early morning sun comes through.

Vacation

Enjoyed our stay! The condo is very spacious and well stocked. Hosts provided everything you could think of: shower soap, shampoo & conditioner, Ziploc storage bags, and (because it isn’t always the case), plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, etc. There was even a cooler we were able to use when we took a day trip. Huge master bedroom and closet, and the two additional bedrooms were also large. Laundry accommodations were appreciated as we were there for several days. Neighbors on both sides and across the way but we never heard them. Condo is in a good location and the neighborhood is quieter than you think it would be. Several golf courses within a reasonable distance and very close to shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Very pleased with property and stay.

Great property. As described. Clean. Spacious; stayed here 3 nights with my husband and 3 teens. No one argues when we have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to share! Would absolutely stay here again when we are in town in the future.
