Détendez-vous et profitez de la magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur la baie de Diamond Beach depuis le porche couvert et restez proche de l'océan sur cette partie étroite de l'île. Détendez-vous en compagnie d'amis et de famille sur le pont arrière confortable dans une rue calme et sans issue.

La cuisine lumineuse comprend des appareils plus récents avec une table de cuisson au gaz. Le grand salon comprend un canapé-lit (avec un nouveau matelas en gel queen-size 2019), une causeuse et un fauteuil pivotant tout autour d'un nouveau téléviseur HD à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Salle à manger hors cuisine avec des sièges pour 6 plus une table basse convertible - soulevez facilement le dessus de la table pour un repas supplémentaire pour 2. Une porte coulissante en verre laisse entrer la lumière et s'ouvre sur le pont arrière spacieux avec des meubles confortables et un nouveau parasol en porte-à-faux.

La grande chambre principale a un lit king size, télévision et lecteur DVD. La chambre d'hôtes a deux lits jumeaux, une télévision et un lecteur DVD. La troisième chambre en mezzanine a un lit queen size. Chaque chambre dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond avec un plafonnier. Huit personnes peuvent dormir confortablement dans cette maison.

La maison est équipée d'un câble Xfinity et nous avons un Wi-Fi protégé par mot de passe pour tous vos appareils.

Cette maison de ville impeccable est une escapade calme et relaxante à seulement 3 1/2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à quelques minutes des principales attractions de Wildwood et de Cape May. En saison, c'est une promenade rapide vers le marché de la gare du Sud avec de délicieux plats pour le petit-déjeuner / déjeuner, du café et des produits d'épicerie pour votre commodité. Juste en face se trouve le Harbor Light Golf où vous pouvez jouer au golf miniature, louer des vélos ou déguster des glaces - il y a tellement de choses à faire à Diamond Beach!

Nice location and beach

The location is great, a few blocks from the beach, but quiet street, across from ice cream and bike rentals, and around the corner from a convenience store and bar/restaurants. Overall, the house was good and clean. The shower in the master bedroom is very small.

Pictures on our Homeaway site are accurate, we state that we are 3 blocks from the beach and have a location provided with Google maps. We are unsure of your confusion. In the 10 years that we have owned the property, we are continuously upgrading our home to make your stay more enjoyable. 2016 new back deck furniture 2015 additional A/C unit for upper bedroom 2014 new queen sized mattress in 3rd bedroom 2013 new full view screen door and fold up coffee table 2012 new flat screen TV, wireless internet and roof 2011 Comfortable furniture on the front porch and the back deck. 2010 - Updated 2 bathrooms complete with new vanities, sinks, toilets, and tile floors. 2009 - Updated 1/2 bathroom complete with new vanity, sink, toilet, and tile floor 2008 - Brand new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove and dishwasher) and floor. We have also added a new king size bed in the master bedroom. 2007 - New heating and air conditioning unit installed and new twin mattresses in 2nd bedroom 2006 - New front porch and back deck.

Great Fun at the Beach

This property really helped us have a great family vacation. The owners (JoAnn) was fantastic - answering our questions and the instructions for the place were simple and clear. We spent time in Cape May, WildWoods, Atlantic City and there was plenty of good stuff to do and places to enjoy excellent food. The beach passes made the trips there really convenient and the surf did not disappoint. The unit itself was clean with all the needed amenities for a stress-free vacation.

Amazing Diamond Beach stay!

Incredible beach stay - location is walkable to beach and close to ice cream, Putt putt, and 2 mile crab house for outdoor dining. We loved the patio, the house is spacious, A/C worked great. Diamond Beach club was also beyond expectations - the beach was t overly crowded, and the beach club was perfect for sunset food/drinks. Very relaxing! Perfect communication with the owner and she was there to help with anything throughout the week. We hope to be able to come back! Perfect stay, can’t recommend enough!

A Perfect Place for Us!

Staying here allowed us to go to Diamond Beach, which we found very clean and uncrowded. The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and was in a great location for our activities: about a 10 minute walk (or 2-minute car ride) to Diamond Beach and short drives to restaurants, stores and attractions in both the Wildwoods and Cape May. The property is immaculately clean and well-maintained inside and out, very comfortable for relaxing, and its size, amenities, conveniences and layout were perfect for our group of 6 adults. We were very happy here and totally pleased we found this place!

Perfect family getaway

I was so happy to have this time away with my boys & the Diamond Beach townhouse was perfect for a slightly quieter Wildwood experience. Walking distance to beach, dining and mini golf and my boys were able to bike to the boardwalk. Also a short ride to Cape May. The property was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The wagon was ideal for lugging all our stuff to the beach. JoAnn was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Quiet, clean, and bright

We loved our week at the townhouse! The neighborhood is quiet, we could walk to the beach, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean and bright, and the beds were nice and comfortable; I did not have any trouble sleeping even though I wasn’t home. Central air kept us cool. The kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, and plenty of bathrooms are always a big plus for us. Host was very communicative but not intrusive. Townhouse was beautifully and simply decorated. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Beach House!

We walked in and immediately felt welcomed! Great location, close to Cape May and the Wildwoods. Plenty of room for my 2 adult kids (25 & 20), husband and me. Wonderful restaurants nearby (took advantage of JoAnn's recommendations - they didn't disappoint)! The townhouse was very clean and had been recently updated, as the write up offers, and the decor is tasteful and beachy! Jo Ann was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We had a tropical storm brewing and I had some questions regarding the area and protocol. She responded immediately with helpful info. We had a great week! Would definitely recommend!

Immaculate and comfortable

My family loved staying in this property over Memorial Day Weekend. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the property was plenty spacious enough for my family of four with friends who visited and hung out. Unfortunately, we needed to spend more hours than we expected indoors because it rained all weekend. Joann is a great host. She answered all of my questions via email promptly and was very clear on check-in instructions and everything else we needed to know. I would definitely stay here again. The street is sort of in-between Wildwood and Cape May.

You can park your car and never have to drive while you stay in Diamond Beach- walk to the private beach club, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream. Or hop in the car and in minutes you can be at any of the popular local attractions. It's your coastal vacation! We hope you enjoy our home as much as our family does.

Diamond Beach is a private beach and we provide 6 beach tags to our renters. The beach club is just beautiful- soft sand and beautiful palm trees in planters surrounding the eating area. Our beach has lifeguards, bathrooms, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, food service and a tiki bar for the adults. For the young at heart there's also beach volleyball, games and live entertainment on the weekends- all beachside!
