Clean and simple condo. Fantastic ocean breeze on quiet street. Overlooking the heated pool. The modern upgrades are upstairs very spacious and extra bathrooms!!

We stayed with our adult children for the weekend of our son’s wedding at the Icona. Location was perfect and it was lovely to have a gathering spot for us all. Paul was very responsive and allowed us to get in a couple of hours early and stay a bit later which was very helpful since it was a late night. I was just surprised when I needed to bring linens and towels as that has always been provided when I rented other VRBO’s, and I also didn’t know toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags, etc would not be provided (again, always provided in other rentals). This is a true beach rental- just good to know. It may be written in the listing, but I missed it if so.

Great Location with lots of room for the family

This is a nice condominium in a great location for the beach. The unit itself has great space for our family of adult children with 3 bedrooms & 2+ bathrooms. The pool area is very nice as well.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay on vacation for a week. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The beach is one block away. The outside shower came in handy getting all the sand off our feet. The pool was awesome. We loved the balconies (there are 4). One balcony overlooks the pool area. The kitchen has everything you need. The granite countertops are very nice and we liked the breakfast bar. All the beds are very comfortable. The master bath is spacious. The whole family enjoyed the condo and felt very comfortable there. We had a great stay and were very happy!!!

An place to crash

Our group stayed here for a triathlon weekend, it had decent beds, a kitchen and was close to the beach. Not the cleanest rental we've booked and the info binder in the kitched was a few years out of date but pool and location were great.

Not safe or clean!

Property was a great location, however it was NOT clean and maintained. Every single smoke detector was unplugged! God forbid there was an emergency we never would have known as we only stayed 2 nights for a wedding. We did not notice until we were leaving to check out. Owner was willing to give us $ back for the cleanliness (only for the cost of the cleaning fee) but that wasn’t the worst of it! The safety of my family is what upset me the most. Not the broken blinds, drool stains on pillows, dripped coffee in the drawers or lack of mattress covers on the mattresses and years of dust on the intercom system! If you don’t care about safety or cleanliness this is the place for you as the location is great!

Absolutely Amazing!

The property location was perfect. The inside of the home was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool on the property. The owner was excellent with communicating. Overall really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for a little weekend getaway for a girl’s trip before my sister’s wedding! Thank you for such a great stay!

Family Seashore get away

Great location! Nice pool and access to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood! Nice setup for the family! Kids on top floor in bunk beds had a great time, allowed some privacy for the adults. 3 small balconies, one overlooking the pool so we could always watch the kids. It would have been perfect if it had been cleaner and updated a little.

Wonderful Diamond Beach vacation rental

Our family really enjoyed this house, Diamond Beach is so quite and relaxing. Just a few minutes to Wildwood boardwalk by car. The Balcony views of the ocean were a wonderful way to start each day. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We all loved it and would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice townhouse, great location!

We were very happy with the unit. Location was great, pool was great, everything in the unit was as expected. Host was very responsive throughout. We would stay here again! Please note (if it matters to your family) that the upstairs third bedroom is open (with blinds) to the lower level so sound etc will travel through, but this wasn't any problem for our family trip. Thanks Paul for letting us rent your unit!

Great location!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend (my sister was getting married at ICONA) and it was a perfect fit for us! The space this unit offers is really great. The communication with the owner was a breeze. House was clean, kitchen was well appointed, plenty of space, balconies were definitely a plus. My brother actually forgot a suit jacket hanging on a chair and Paul was kind enough to let us go grab it the day after we had checked out! Will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Fantastic shore vacation spot

This was a fantastic stay for our group. Because of covid this year we were really worried we wouldn’t get a vacation but this was a fantastic place to stay in spite of all the negative stuff going on in the world. The condo was bright and comfortable. It had plenty of space for everyone and still enough common area to come together. Everything was clean, comfortable and as described. Having access to the Iocona beach passes was very nice. The beach is huge with plenty of space to distance from others. The Iacona beach bar is right on the beach and really makes you feel like you are staying at a resort but still have all the privacy and convenience of a home. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. I would definitely book again.

Diamond beach is an exclusive beach area with soft powdery sand. This area is right next to the CAPE MAY Bird Sanctuary which is located 3 minutes away by car or 5 minutes by bike or you can walk. At the sanctuary, you can walk this protected beach until you reach the fishing pier where we watch the dolphins and enjoy fishing. A trolley stop is 30 ft from the town home and it runs every 15 minutes in case your teenage kids want to visit the amusement piers on their own.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You are in the best location and in the best living arrangement you can possibly envision. This townhouse is more like a home than a rental! When you enter this home, light floods in from every room. The living room has soaring vaulted ceilings with skylights that makes you feel like you are outdoors. Everyone can have their own separate space because there are 3 separate floors and 2.5 bathrooms. Ocean and pool views are all around you because there are a total of 4 balconies. You can wake up in the morning and have your breakfast off the kitchen deck and see the ocean views - AMAZING . And on some days when it is too chilly to be on the beach, you can enjoy the saline HEATED pool. And if you don't feel like going to the pool, there is a balcony from the living room that accommodates a bar table and chairs and you can watch your other family members while you sit there and enjoy a glass of wine with cheese and crackers from the deck. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT and YOU WILL NOT WANT TO GO HOME!
