Maison de ville unité de fin spectaculaire avec vue imprenable sur l'océan, 3 BR, 2 1/2 salles de bain, grande piscine! À seulement 1 pâté de maisons de la plage, dans les lotissements en rangées Oceana, dans Diamond Beach. À seulement 1 pâté de maisons au sud de Wildwood Crest et à quelques minutes de Cape May. Unité spacieuse, plus de 1700 pieds carrés permet la vie privée pour tous. Commodités: douche extérieure privée, 4 ponts, 2 places de parking couvertes sous l'unité. Intérieur: planchers de bambou, air climatisé central, laveuse et sécheuse, ventilateurs de plafond, grand jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale. Le rez-de-chaussée a un excellent plan d'étage pour les réceptions: cuisine immense avec bar, grande salle à manger séparée avec terrasse, grand salon avec terrasse Escalier ouvert vers 3 grandes chambres (2 w / ponts). Beaucoup de soleil naturel. Cadre tranquille. Casier de rangement pour votre équipement de plage. Insignes de plage (8) à la plage privée Icona inclus.
Emplacement idéal - près de Cape May et tramway jusqu'à la promenade de Wildwood. Deux chambres ont des lits queen size. La 3ème chambre a un lit superposé jumeau avec lit gigogne et un lit double. Courte promenade à la plage !! Wifi!!

The BEST

Amazing spot ! Great location… beautiful home. Spacious, clean, updated. The pool is wonderful, the playground in back is great for the little ones. Owner is a pleasure to work with and will definitely stay here again !

Great family vacation at the beach

We enjoyed staying at Coleen’s vacation home at the beach again this year. The condo is well furnished with plenty of room and has everything we need. We love the location as it is easy to walk back and forth to the beach. Nice pool as well for the end of the day! We hope to be back.

A week at Diamond beach

The property was even nicer then the pictures , short walk to the beach home perfectly situated for family of 8 or more . Location was very nice quiet never heard any noise from neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect!

We loved this property. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Owner was a pleasure and was responsive to all our questions. House came with 2 parking spots, strong WiFi and was close to the beach. It was a quiet area and nice pool. Best vacation ever.

Annual Beach Vacation

We have been vacationing in Wildwood Crest for 26 years and as our family has grown we were looking for a bigger space this year. Coleen’s condominium was perfect. Lots of place for our family to enjoy together or spread out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Everything was well kept and comfortable. Great location. We highly recommend
