Venez séjourner dans les magnifiques vents tropiques, situés à l'extrémité ouest calme de Panama City Beach, mais à proximité du nouveau quartier des boutiques, des restaurants et des divertissements de Pier Park.

Ce condo Ă  plancher bas en front de mer est une unitĂ© Ă  l'est offrant des miles de vues sur la plage, y compris le City Pier! Asseyez-vous sur votre balcon et profitez de feux d'artifice Ă  certaines pĂ©riodes de l'annĂ©e. Ce balcon Ă  couper le souffle offre une vue sur la plage et sur l'eau. Le 8Ăšme Ă©tage est la perfection absolue, ni trop haut ni trop bas. Étant une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ©, vous ĂȘtes situĂ© en bas de la passerelle, loin des ascenseurs. Profitez de l'intimitĂ© paisible!

Le salon joliment décoré offre un accÚs au balcon, une vue sur le golfe et un mobilier confortable. Une télévision connectée à écran plat, un canapé-lit, une chaise longue et un ventilateur de plafond sont également inclus. Le plan d'étage ouvert offre une salle à manger avec des siÚges pour quatre. Le bar du petit-déjeuner comprend 3 tabourets de bar. La cuisine de bonne taille fournit tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer des repas pour votre famille et vos amis. Une buanderie séparée comprend une grande laveuse et sécheuse superposées LG à chargement frontal.

La chambre principale est face au golfe et comprend un accÚs séparé au balcon et une vue imprenable! Le maßtre comprend un lit king. Dormez au son des vagues! Une salle de bain privée principale comprend une combinaison douche / baignoire. La chambre d'hÎtes comprend un lit queen-size et des lits jumeaux et dispose d'un accÚs séparé à la salle de bains d'hÎtes.

Les vents tropicaux offrent une piscine extérieure / intérieure combinée avec un hammam séparé. Nagez à l'intérieur quand il pleut ou profitez de toute la piscine! La piscine comprend des chaises longues et beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir et profiter de votre aprÚs-midi. Une terrasse de bronzage séparée est située juste derriÚre le bùtiment et comprend un bain à remous surdimensionné, des chaises adirondack et des chaises longues supplémentaires pour se détendre au soleil, profiter d'un livre ou faire une sieste.

Deux zones de grillades sont situées sur le cÎté sud du bùtiment. Deux barbecues au charbon de bois et trois barbecues à gaz sont fournis. Préparez-vous à faire griller du poisson, des steaks, des hamburgers et des chiens !!

Une salle de remise en forme est disponible dans le coin bureau au 8Úme étage. Il est équipé de plusieurs sélections d'équipements. Faites un jogging sur le tapis roulant tout en regardant notre magnifique golfe. La salle de fitness comprend également un sauna pour votre détente complÚte.

A step down from previous visits

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: is loose. The balcony floor was really dirty as was the door slides. Under couch and beds were dirty- my grandchildren lost toys we looked for. And this was a little thing but pillow case was inside out-which to me indicates lack of attention to detail. I’m used to your rentals being spotless and I guess the made this more noticeable. Couch and chair pretty worn as well.

Great time in PCB

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay with Esther’s Escapes at Tropic Winds Resort. She was very hospitable and contacted us before our stay and made herself available with any questions. She also provides all of the basic supplies at the condo. (IE. TP, Paper Towels, Hand soap, dish soap, trash bags) which is nice. The condo has a beautiful view on the corner with nice breezes on the patio. Loved every minute and would stay here again.

We have stayed here 2 times and each time was an amazing experience. The hospitality is off the chain. We stayed during Memorial day and had our American flag on balcony. However it is against condo policy. Esther was very nice when asking us to remove it. This is a place we will be returning to again. Stayed at a lot of places on the beach but this is the BEST by far...you want be disappointed.

Mom & Me Vacation

This was by far the best vacation. I was able to treat my mother like the Queen she is for a wonderful weekend. Ms. Esther is the absolute best as well as everyone that works at the Tropic Winds. Ms. Esther is my new Panama City Beach mom she and I will forever be connected. I loved the location, the space was gorgeous and very clean. My mother and I didn't want to leave but we will be back to stay hopeful in the same spot 801 and to visit Momma Esther. Thank you all for everything!!!!

Simply Perfect!

My family visits the beach quite frequently and this was by far our favorite rental yet! Mrs. Esther and her husband are wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The unit is very roomy, clean and decorated beautifully. There is plenty of space for a family of 7 (like us) or for a couples get-a-way! It is very close to all the attractions and restaurants. The view of the ocean and sunrises/sunsets from our corner balcony was amazing! We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided when we walked down to the beach. The pool was very clean and not crowded at all, I like that half of it was indoors and shaded from the sun. We also used the steam room and sauna that was on site during our stay which was a very nice bonus! This will be our future go-to rental from now on that is for sure! Thanks for sharing your beach home with us, we enjoyed every minute!

Couldn't have worked out any better!

Needed a last-minute condo and phoned Esther. Luckily she had unit #809 available and we were beyond happy to book it. The condo was beautiful and very quiet. Perfect for 2 couples. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped just like at home. The huge balcony is just perfect for watching the dolphins play or for "happy hour" watching the sun set. Unit comes with reserved parking spot. We have been to PCB several times but this was our first visit in October. It had never been as lovely. We absolutely enjoyed every minute. Also can't say enough good about Esther. She is right in the building and always available to help, no matter with what. Thanks Esther! Highly recommend

First of all let me say that Esther was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We arrived in town a little early and since the condo was ready she allowed us to check in a little early. The condo was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. The view was spectacular. The beach was relaxing and great. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend going through Esther to book your stay. We hope to return. With that being said there were a few issues ( no fault of Esther’s). When we first arrived the tv remote did not work however Esther had someone bring a new one the next day. We had a problem with the lock code. Esther was able to send us another code that we used for the remainder of our stay with no more issues. The fan light blew out in the second bedroom so we used the lamp. The hot tub was shut down for 4 days during our stay. I guess the biggest issue was that there was no water coming up from the beach for the last four days we were there, again no fault of Esther’s. We were not able to rinse off ourselves and our beach chairs.

Last minute trip gave few options

Location: Winn-Dixie about 4 minutes away
Target/WalMart/Starbucks about 10 minutes away. 15 min drive to the pier. The positives: This unit was pretty clean and has a great view with a large balcony. You can see the fireworks from the pier very well. Washer and dryer seem to be in good working order. The negatives: Balcony could use some lounger chairs- Adirondack’s aren’t comfy after 10 min. The whole unit is very, very dated! There were at least 10 dead dragonflies right outside the (very hard to open) sliding doors. Not a huge deal but sad to see upon arrival - feel like the balcony should’ve been cleaned before guests arrived. Primary bathroom: sink carpet and bath mat looked dirty and old. The sink slopes like crazy. The faucet is faulty (it just spins - you have to get it just right to turn it on) and it’s so far back on the counter that it’s inconvenient to wash your face or hands. Caulking looks icky. The towels (all found in hallway bathroom) are dingy. The chair in the den that looks nice in the pictures is old and sags. The kitchen: no kurig, but does have a Mr. Coffee (it might say that in the description but I missed it if it did). The burners on the stove don’t fit and it’s hard to cook when it’s so lopsided. One cabinet is being held together with tape. So many units offer use of already-set-up chairs and umbrella but not this one. There is nothing special about 801 and, while it did the trick to get us out for a few days, we wouldn’t stay again.

Last year we stayed on the 17th floor but opted for a lower floor this year and it wA just right. The property is well kept with hard working employees who keep everything clean. We love the walk ability and less congestion on this end of the beach. The room was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great Beach Condo!

The kitchen was stocked with utensils, coffee filters, dishes and glasses/mugs. The location is great, and the view is pretty from the 8th floor. The only downside is the extremely tight parking garage (we have a suburban), and the elevators. One was out of order during our stay, so that left only two. They’re slow elevators, so it was frustrating to have to use them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to take the time to say how much fun we had staying at Panama City Beach. The weather was excellent. We have rented from Greta's Beach Rentals before and have always been pleasantly surprised with their suggestions. The unit was cozy and our Grand Daughter had a great time. I only have two concerns with the unit sliding doors were hard to operate and required force to open. The stove was a little hard to cook on since the burners were lopsided. Unit 801 is a perfect location for viewing the beach and will considered it again in our future plans.

Fun mini vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very comfortable for me, my husband, our grownup daughter and our 5 yr old granddaughter. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Loved having covered reserved parking. So convenient to the beach, Pier Park and numerous attractions. We have rented thru Greta’s Rentals numerous times and never been disappointed with their service. My husband met a man from Greta’s while we were there and said he was very friendly and told us to call if we had any problems (which we didn’t). This is why I stopped renting thru Vrbo and use a local rental company instead.
