La dĂ©tente vous attend dans notre condo 3BR offrant une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique et la baie arriĂšre depuis le balcon surdimensionnĂ©. Ouvrez ces fenĂȘtres dans le MBR et dormez au son des vagues ..... nous nous trouvons Ă  quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine principale qui comprend un bar et une cabane en bois, ainsi que de la cour et de la piscine. Votre choix! Profitez d’une semaine d’activitĂ©s amusantes pour toute la famille: natation, surf, pĂȘche, paddle-surf, kayak, etc. ou ne faites rien du tout! Notre complexe de condos est situĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© de Sandbridge Beach, laissant False Cape Park et le refuge de Back Bay comme seuls voisins. C'est ce qui rend Sandbridge Beach si spĂ©cial et tout simplement tranquille.
Notre condo a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et vous attend avec tout le confort de la maison. Profitez d'un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec beaucoup d'espace pour passer du temps en famille ou pour trouver un endroit pour rester immobile. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e prĂ©sente un agencement ouvert dans les zones LR et DR et un magnifique bar pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations for a stay. The pictures don’t do the space justice. It was more than enough space for our family of four with room to spare. It was comfortable and relaxing and with the sound of the beach and the view to top it off. The amenities of the property are phenomenal as well.

Perfect Vacation

A Shore Thing was absolutely perfect! It was clean, contained plenty of extras that came in handy, was beautifully beachy decorated and had wonderful views of the ocean and bay. Was close to great food and shopping too. Our family loved staying here and we highly recommend!

Michelle and Brad were phenomenal hosts. From beginning to end communication was stellar. And they were responsive almost immediately to any questions. Location and unit were terrific. We had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen. It was very comfortable. It was our first time to Sandbridge and we really liked it adter years in VA beach. Beach access was easy, as was parking. Beach has lifeguards. We were able to park two cars, which was helpful. You have an ocean view but the balcony is not facing the ocean in case that is helpful information. Close proximity for a bike ride to the National wildlife Refuge was great. The onsite Mexican restaurant was a pleasant surprise with good and plentiful food and drink. The restaurant/bar across the street on the bay side was great for sunset. Thanks for sharing this lovely property with us.

We are from the Pittsburgh area originally and moved to Virginia Beach in 2016. We fell in love with being so close to the ocean...particularly Sandbridge Beach. We enjoy escaping here with friends and family and emerge in the ultimate of relaxation. We have set our condo more in the likes of a second home than a rental property and hope you can enjoy those comforts as well.

We had just started to look for a place on the beach and fell in love when we walked into this property! Felt like our second home instantly! It is close enough to drive to the touristy area but far enough away that you can truly engage in the peace and tranquility this beautiful beach has to offer. We enjoy dolphin watching in the morning and sunsets in the evening right on our own balcony! Our condo is set up how we would like to vacation and take pride in the things we have to offer.

This property is owner-managed: no third-party manager involved. As the owners, we take great pride and interest in ensuring that you enjoy your stay. In 2020, the condo underwent a complete upscale renovation! High end finishes with a coziness at the same time. We have had MANY happy guests!
