You'll enjoy a private patio with both Ocean and Bay views and you'll have access to all the exclusive amenities of the complex. The condo features an open-concept living space and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The living room has a stunning feature wall with 70" 4K Samsung smart TV with 5.1 surround sound and electric fireplace. The master has a king bed with a remote-controlled adjustable base and a 50" 4K Samsung smart TV, the secondary bedroom also has its own King bed in addition to a twin loft, and the living room has a large, comfy sectional with Queen sleeper and an additional twin sleeper. It's ideal for a family, one or more couples, or even two smaller families to share.

Your toes will literally be steps from the sand with no roads to cross.

This unique Oceanfront location within Virginia Beach provides the serenity of the neighboring National Wildlife Refuge with the convenience of swimming, surfing, and a fishing pier, plus tennis courts, a playground and a sheltered picnic area at Little Island Park next door. At the same time, you're only a stone's throw from a variety of grocery, dining, and shopping options all over Virginia Beach.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living area that features a stunning shiplap fireplace feature wall, premium hardwood floors throughout, two comfortable over-sized sitting chairs, a large, comfy sectional with queen sleeper, a foosball table, and dining for 8. You'll also find Ocean views from some areas in the main living space.

Enjoy homemade meals in the large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bar top with bar stools. Relax on the private patio with both Ocean and Bay views! Cuddle up for a movie night on the large 70" Samsung 4k Smart TV with 5.1 surround sound or have a family game night.

The Master bedroom features a King bed that has a remote-controlled adjustable base and with en-suite and access to the private patio. Watch Netflix or Disney+ in bed on the 50" smart HDTV! The secondary bedroom also features a King bed plus a twin loft, its own 50" smart HDTV, with another full bathroom.

Full of a variety of amenities, this luxury condominium offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. Imagine having your morning coffee while the sun comes up over the Atlantic and relaxing on the patio in the evening while the sun sets over the Back Bay. In between, take a casual stroll along the shore to the pier and listen to the crashing waves while a group of dolphins swim by. Spend the day basking in the sun's rays on the beautiful beachfront or take a beach break by one of the three sparkling pools available exclusively for guest use.

You can workout in one of two state-of-the-art fitness centers, or just pause and enjoy the scenery from one of the many benches located along the private oceanfront boardwalk. For your culinary delights, the pool deck features multiple state of the art Viking gas grill stations with plenty of options for seating and dining, and if you're more in the mood for a night on the town, there are numerous restaurants, breweries, and eateries all around Virginia Beach - and it would be our pleasure to guide you to some of our favorite local spots.
