Unique dans le nord de l’Illinois, cette villa de style espagnol comprend cinq patios, un belvédère pour un petit mariage parfait et une capacité de 8 personnes pour dormir. Une Cantina sèche en plein air avec funk, datant de 1886, n’est que l’une des nombreuses surprises que vous découvrirez en regardant à chaque tournant un imprévu. Cette propriété est remplie de beaux meubles et offre une cheminée à gaz, un bar et un bar à café, une table de jeu, deux télévisions cachées dans de belles armoires, de nombreux coins salons, un balcon meublé au dernier étage avec un plafond de 12 pieds. Une grande douche à l'italienne à l'étage supérieur et une baignoire à jets dans la salle de bain inférieure offrent tous les soins de soi souhaités.

We had an amazing time for my birthday getaway. The only downside was that the power went out for quite a while due to the high winds but they delivered some flashlights for us in no time! This home is so beautiful- words can not describe. I definitely want to stay here again.

This place was super super awesome! I didn't realize that there were only 3 bedrooms, but there was definitely space for a lot of people to sleep *if you're okay with sharing beds*. 3 bedrooms, two full sized beds in the basement with pull out beds beneath. I feel like there may have even been two other pull out couches? But our group didn't need them so we didn't bother looking for them. For a close group of friends/family, totally perfect! The vibes were immaculate. We had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay! Eight of us stayed at the house for the weekend and we had additional guests over one day to celebrate grandmas 88th birthday! The kids loved the arcade games and popcorn machine and the adults made use of the numerous patio spaces outdoors.

This place was amazing. Definitely the most interesting place I have ever stayed! The decor was eclectic and fun, the beds were super comfortable, very clean and inviting! We arrived and they had the fireplace going for us! Such a nice touch. Sadly, I was there for my father’s funeral but this vrbo was so welcoming, we all felt at peace. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sedona house in Rockford! The home was beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy linens, and the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient for getting around town. The Sedona house is a vibe!

My mom and I spent Mother’s Day here and had a wonderful time! This property is super unique and literally feels like another world! Super clean and everything you could need to feel right at home! Super close and convenient everything as well and the host was so friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

TL:DR VERSION: This is a great space and a welcoming host. Well-furnished and has lots of nooks and enhancements that make it a nice place to stay. After our departure there were substantially charged communications that occurred with the owner after that were only partially grounded; the owner’s communication included some unnecessarily inflammatory accusations/implications invoking DCFS and some bothersome invocation of children being observed outside on security cameras. Some important house safety issues existed that are easily resolvable and I would have let go barring the communication issues but these do merit additional consideration when selecting a space. Overall a regrettable situation for all parties.

Alan, the issues we encountered as my staff entered the villa were troublesome. As I relayed to you at the time, my staff were indeed "freaking out". So many issues with the chidren being apparently unsupervised and ruining some items. I sent you pictures, but not of everything my staff encountered. I won't go into details here, as that is not for public disclosure. That is not who we are. I'm so sorry these things happened, I wish you the best always.

This was a perfect stay for our multi family stay. There are so many areas throughout the house that make this place unique. There’s also many different nooks that, if you just want your own peace and quiet, “away from family and friends”, you can escape too, The lower level bedroom has its own private full-size bathroom. Only thing I have already recommended is to have a small area in the lower level bedroom to hang your clothes in…otherwise the place was perfect! Will definitely be staying here again!

My husband Charlie and I have four children, and two grandchildren. Aside from my family, I love creativity and beauty! Working with my team on this property and creating this sanctuary in the city has been one of my most rewarding journeys to date. I am a retired DCFS master trainer. Prior to that, my sculptures were to be found in many of the local stores and businesses including the lobbies of the Old Clock Tower resort. It has been my good fortune to have traveled extensively here and abroad over the years. This Spanish style home is reminiscent of what I have seen with pargeted embellishments and walls that could tell many tales. My vision is to see this, 'The Sedona of Rockford' as a Beacon of Light that inspires us all!
