Lorsque vous entrez, le premier étage vous accueille avec un coin sur le côté gauche pour vous détendre sur un canapé-lit confortable avec une télévision à écran plat. Accès facile au garage attenant pour 2 voitures et accès au patio arrière. À cet étage, vous trouverez également une chambre avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bain complète. À l'étage, au deuxième étage, se trouve la salle à manger, la cuisine à aire ouverte, le salon et la salle familiale qui donnent sur le port des îles Anglo-Normandes et le Yacht Club. Emmitouflez-vous dans la salle familiale qui comprend une télévision à écran plat, une cheminée et un balcon. Au troisième niveau vous attend la chambre principale avec salle de bain attenante, dressing et balcon. Deux autres chambres supplémentaires avec lits Queen Size et salle de bain Jack et Jill sont à cet étage. Le pont supérieur offre une vue panoramique spectaculaire sur l'océan, les montagnes et le port. Détendez-vous dans le spa sur le pont supérieur tout en admirant la vue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good views. Space is a bit awkward though with disappointing use of rooftop deck. Could use a personal touch with thought into the functionality of the layout. Updating needed. Worked well enough for our needs and property management was responsive. Lack of air conditioning would likely be a problem in the summer, especially since it's on a busier road that's loud with windows open.

Location is perfect! Steps away from beach on one side and channel shores on the other! Dining, yacht club, activities, fishing trips. All you need is great family and smile. Beautiful, clean house with a perfect location! Must stay here!

Just beautiful!

Everything about this house was beautiful! The location was wonderful with the marina out the front door and the beach just a few steps away. The views of the sunset from the roof were just incredible. The big windows let in so much light. It was a perfect house for our girls trip, and we plan on returning next year!

Perfect for multiple families!

Close to beach, close to farmers market, coffee and restaurants. Lots for the kids to do. Plenty of space indoors when it was raining for the kids to play. Huge property, super clean. Hot tub was great. We will be back!

Great time!

The home was a beautiful house with room for everyone! It was great to walk to the beach right around the corner. There were boogie boards and bikes to use in the garage. The kitchen had basic necessities to use but needed some simple cooking spices/oils. Check in and out was very simple and clear. Overall it was a fabulous trip with my family!we would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home w/terrific layout & comfortable furniture; rooftop, front & back patios are outstanding; excellent location (1 min walk to expansive, scenic beach area); lovely marina, bike rentals, museum, restaurants across street). Very clean; well stocked w/essentials & extras for house & beach; REMAX staff extremely helpful, professional & responsive. Low water pressure in showers (perhaps cleaning shower heads might help). Kitchen needs a manual can opener. Recommend this property w/o hesitation. Would definitely return to this location!

The view windows were cleaned before you came in but due to the high winds, he was unable to clean all of the windows. I am so sorry the outside patio and deck was not clean. Modern Beauty with Great Amenities

I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern house, which was within walking distance of the beach. The whole process was very optimized and easy! Everyone in our group LOVED the look, feel, and vibe of the house. It was fully equipped and ready for use. It was clean and I appreciate that toiletries and cleaning products were readily available. Furthermore, the hosts were so helpful and accommodating! They allowed us to check in a little earlier for some family members who were coming in early! I would definitely book here again.
