This second floor spacious bedroom with high ceilings offers a Queen Bed with a luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattress and a fun bunk bed for children. The closet has additional toys that will keep your little ones very occupied!

LIVING ROOM 2
Inviting space on first floor offers a comfy couch and a second 4k smart TV. flows seamlessly into the bar and lower dining area. A gas fireplace for ambience or warmth.

WET BAR ENTERTAINMENT AREA
An awesome wet bar equipped with a 2 zone wine cooler, mini dishwasher for your cocktail glasses, and a corner bar/coffee table for a conversation. Try out a cocktail from a recipe book on the shelf while enjoying some quality music from Sonos speakers.

DINING ROOM 2
Near the wet bar. Gather around the round tulip table that can serve as a dining area for a second family or for a place to play some poker or a board game.

For the beach - lounge chairs, umbrellas, games, cooler, a wagon to haul stuff around etc. For those into water activity, boogie boards, a surfboard and wet suites. A level 2 EV charger. Paddleboard, Kayak and sand toys upon request and availability.

FRONT PATIO
Gather around for a glass of wine or BBQ in the private front patio. Featuring a Weber grill and a modern outdoor fireplace.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT? HOW DO I CHECKIN?
Yes, offered at no charge when available, with prior approval from host. You will receive your digital entry key code 48 hrs before check-in.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE, DOES IT GET HOT OR COLD?
The Sandpiper is very close to the beach and has great moderate temperatures all year long. There are no hot or cold extremes.

DOES THE PROPERTY HAVE AC, HEATING, FANS?
Yes. There are overheads fans and heaters. The main living area has a mini split AC. Opening windows/patio doors will cool off the place very quickly with cool ocean air.

EARLY LUGGAGE DROP-OFF OR CAR PARKING?
Yes for luggage, with prior approval from host. We need to plan ahead for the convenience and cannot accommodate last minute requests. No early parking for cars on driveway.

WILL THE EV CHARGER WORK FOR MY CAR? IS IT A FAST OR SLOW CHARGER?
Yes. The home is equipped with a 240V L2 fast charger. It supports the Tesla adapter as well as the J1772 connector (for all other cars like Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Audi etc)

DO YOU ALLOW PETS? WHERE CAN MY DOG RELIEVE ITSELF?
We are pet friendly, a single dog below 50 lbs allowed. Must abide by house rules. Sorry no cats. There is a one-time $100 pet/cleaning fee. Please keep your furry one on leash and pick up waste. For dog relief, there are sandy curbs a few steps on either end of bardsdale.

ARE VISITORS ALLOWED?
Additional guests or visitors beyond those declared in reservation must get prior approval. We will do our best to accommodate.

WHAT ARE THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS?
6 adults can sleep on 2 King and 1 Queen beds. 2 additional adults can sleep on 2 fold-away single beds made available on request. The bunk bed sleeps 2 children comfortably.

HOW MANY BIKES ARE THERE AND WHAT SIZES ARE THEY?
3 for Adults and 2 for children. Helmets provided.

IS THERE A STORE NEARBY IN CASE I FORGET SOMETHING?
You can walk to the friendly corner store around the block that has practically everything, open till late night.

ARE THERE HIKING, ROAD OR MTB BIKING TRAILS NEARBY?
Yes. Message us for ideas. If you are a road biker, the area has some of the world's best biking.

DO YOU OFFER A CLEANING SERVICE DURING LONGER STAYS?
Yes, there will be an added cost.

WHAT IS THE BEACHSIDE WEATHER LIKE?
Silver Strand beach has Mild average day temps 65-75F all year all year long! However, oceanside weather can sometimes be unpredictable with sudden winds and marine layer. This location is warmer in winter than most SoCal beach cities and is renowned for it's winter surf!

I GOT TAR ON MY FEET, HOW DID IT GET THERE, HOW DO I GET IT OFF?
Tar naturally seeps from the ocean floors of California. If you get some on your feet, you will find tar wipes on the shelf above the washer/dryer.
