Situées entièrement le long du bras droit de notre complexe hôtelier en forme de fer à cheval, ces magnifiques villas de luxe offrent une vue absolument époustouflante sur la plage de Medano au bout du monde, où l’océan Pacifique rencontre la mer de Cortez, ainsi que sur les multiples piscines à débordement et les grottes rocheuses situées à le centre de Villa La Estancia.

La plupart de ces vingt-trois unités ont un agencement de 2 chambres / 3 salles de bains avec quelques unités de 3 chambres / 4 salles de bains disponibles et si vous aimez regarder le lever du soleil depuis votre propre balcon privé, nos villas avec vue à la mer infinity sont le meilleur siège de la maison. . Ils obtiennent une lumière fantastique le matin et sont légèrement plus frais l’après-midi, ce qui les rend parfaits pour les lève-tôt.

Bien entendu, comme pour tous les logements proposés par l’intermédiaire de Cabo La Estancia, chaque condo privé est doté du confort de la maison et des commodités que vous attendez d’un complexe cinq étoiles: laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine complète, télévision par câble et Internet, système central. climatisation, conciergerie ouverte 24h / 24, service de ménage et accès complet aux courts de tennis, à la salle de sport et à la buanderie.

Beautiful Stay

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. Well-appointed, extremely clean, perfect size! The resort is beautiful, restaurants very good. Carla was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, reservations, etc. She was always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Perfect!!

Such a perfect place. Great balcony and lots of room for 7 girls to get ready in. They cleaned the condo every day which was so nice. The staff there is very friendly. They have a store, restaurant, coffee shop all apart of the condo area. Perfect beach to hang out at as well. Loved it!

Perfect location, clean and helpful concierge

A super clean, spacious condo with daily housekeeping and a wonderful concierge service. Was able to have chosen groceries stocked upon our arrival and assistance in making transportation arrangements as well as recommendations for activities in the area. Excellent property that is quiet and steps away from a beautiful, swimmable beach. This condo is as pictured - maybe even better - and highly recommended!

Wonderful Experience!

The location of this condo was perfect. Villa La Estancia is perfect. Given that you can access all three resort amenities, there is so many food choices. A short beach walk will get you to livelier daytime destinations if that is what you’re looking for. Or stay put for lazy days by the pool. Carla met us at check-in and took us through the property details as she made us margaritas! Will try and stay here again if/when we return to beautiful Cabo!

Awesome property! Very clean and Carla was so helpful. Location is perfect!

The property is beautiful and very clean. Full kitchen was great. We caught several Maui while fishing great fresh fish meal! Location is great with overlooking the bay area and watching whales, boats, and all the activity. We enjoyed not being so close to town, water sports, etc. so could relax more! Restaurants-Salvatores Italian is a must!!! Enjoyed The Office and Ediths also! We would highly recommend property!!!!

Cabo First Time Vaca

Wonderful vacation. This was definitely one of the best, if not the best condo we have rented. Had everything: comfortable beds, big patio with grill, washer / dryer full size, full kitchen and three full bathrooms. All appliances, linens, soaps, artwork/decorations were top notch. Recommend to pre-order some groceries. Resort staff were very helpful. Beach and pool area were nice and complex convenient to downtown (short taxi/Uber). We have teenagers and they enjoyed. Drinks by the poolside were a bit pricy so be careful; this not surprising as most resorts similar. Overall, had a great Vacation and would absolutely stay here again.

Property is just gorgeous! Condo exceeded our expectations. Staff is amazing. Perfect spot on swimmable beach. Carla greeted us once we got to the condo and settled and made us margaritas. She shopped for us and had everything put away, which was nice, but I think I would do grocery delivery next time as wherever she shopped was very expensive. Communication with her was spotty throughout the process before and during the trip. She offered to give us recommendations for things but never followed through. Overall stay was amazing though and we will be back!

The best hospitality I have ever received in Cabo!

This trip was, hands down the best trip to Cabo I have ever taken (and I have been here over a dozen times). Between the owner of the property, Kris and his colleague, Carla it was a beautiful experience for my entire family. The level of customer service exceeded all of my expectations. Carla, you made this trip 5 stars and we will never forget how we were treated! Kris...without you, it never would have happened! Amazing views!

The experience and service was first class. The only issue we had initially was brown water. However, the resort staff quickly fixed the issue. If you have a child <2 yrs old I would bring your own pack and play because the crib they provide is small and your are charged $15/day. Overall, great experience and we would stay there again.

Amazing

Everything about this vacation was AMAZING!! The concierge arranged our pick up from the airport and gave explicit instructions. She greeted us with margaritas and guacamole. The property was amazing and had everything you could ever need. There are 17 restaurants, a deli, ice cream shop and a market on the gated property. Everyone on staff was friendly and so helpful.

Property was great! Rooms were clean, service was great. The only issue was using the TV in the living room. We were not able to connect to Netflix because someone was already logged in and the remote wasn’t really working but otherwise, everything was flawless!

Fantastic Accommodations.

The condo was better than advertised. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Its so convenient downtown Cabo. Only a $10 cab ride. We had a comfortable stay for our family of 5. Carla the concierge is the best! She stocked our condo with our grocery order and made all our dinner reservations.

Awesome Villa on Amazing Property

My husband and I rented villa 3307 and had an amazing time. Our hostess Carla promptly greeted us on check in and escorted us to our place and treated us to margaritas, chips, salsa, & guac! I can't say enough about how responsive Carla was with everything we needed from reservations, to tours etc. The housekeeping staff does one of the best jobs of maintaining the unit also. The property is nice and quiet which was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Everything about our stay in 3307 was perfect. Carla greeted us upon our arrival and escorted us to our room… we were served fresh margaritas, pico and guac by her- what an amazing way to start our trip! The condo was immaculate, and the decor was so nicely done- no corners were cut in regards to decorating! We used the gym daily- very clean and never too crowded. There is immaculate landscaping and lush gardens throughout the property. The pool was very clean, the water temperature was perfect- not too cold or too warm. The drinks from the pool were fantastic- and the bartenders were very friendly. The food we ordered from the poolside restaurant was delicious- we are a family of 5 and each one of us enjoyed our poolside lunch every day. My husband and boys went out on a half day fishing charter w Kris’s boat and they had a fantastic time. Javier and Manuel were very kind and great fishing guides. We also went out for a sunset cruise on the boat, what a great experience and memories to last a lifetime! I can be quite the critic (per my husband) and I will tell you that Estancia and 3307 did not disappoint!

Slice of Paradise

Kris and Carla go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect getaway! The villa and its grounds were beautiful and top notch! Carla was spot on with any need we had! I could not have asked for better experience. I highly recommend this property and owner and staff!

Excellent experience

We rented this two bedroom villa along with two others for our group of twelve in May of 2021. It is gorgeous inside but Carla made the trip truly amazing. Communication between me, Carla and the owner was quick and efficient. Carla paid attention to every detail in order to make our stay enjoyable. We had coffee on the balcony overlooking Medano Beach every morning. The villa is spacious and quiet; appointed with everything you need for your stay. We couldn’t be happier with the location of this villa and the service. We are already planning an annual trip with this group and I will definitely try to stay in 3307.
