Bienvenue à Cranberry Cove, un front de mer spectaculaire de Long Pond avec quai privé et plage. Vue imprenable sur l'eau depuis ce magnifique Ranch de 3 200 pieds carrés avec 3 niveaux de vie confortable. Le plan d'étage ouvert est parfait pour se divertir avec son grand salon, ses plafonds voûtés avec plusieurs puits de lumiÚre, sa magnifique cheminée, sa cuisine spacieuse avec ßlot, son cellier et sa buanderie. La salle à manger spacieuse offre des vues plus magnifiques menant à une terrasse extérieure, un porche grillagé. La suite principale est séparée des invités avec une terrasse privée et une vue magnifique. Il y a 2 chambres de niveau inférieur, une salle familiale et une salle de divertissement.

Cranberry Cove

We really enjoyed our two weeks at Cranberry cove. Great location with a private beach on Long Pond and steps from the Cape Cod bike path. Plus, Nantucket Sound beaches are only minutes away. House is spacious with plenty of room for a the family -well stocked and excellent internet connectivity. Highly recoomend this property.

Beautiful house on a serene lake . Very clean and well stocked home with beautiful views and comfortable beds. Tom was welcoming and available to answer questions. Overall a lovely experience for our family!

Peaceful retreat on Long Pond

We stayed here for 3 weeks during June and it was magical. Amazing location and beautiful spacious home was perfect for my family, my brothers family and our parents. Three generations at the Cape is our tradition. The house is wonderful and its waterfront allowed for fun time on kayaks etc on the pond and just down the hill is the Bike Path. We relaxed and recharged. Perfect spot in Harwich.

5 generation family vacation

We had a wonderful 2 weeks even though the weather did not cooperate. There are so many activities to do even under clouds and fog that we were busy every day from biking on the bike trails, fishing, kayaking, swimming, going to the bayside beaches and of course happy hour on the deck with the beautiful pond view. The only drawback was the many stairs from the back door down to the lake. The house is very well supplied and Tom was so easy to contact and answered questions promptly.

Beautiful + comfortable

We loved this rental from the moment we walked in. The sitting room opens out to a gorgeous view of the lake, and the sofas offered enough comfortable seating for our entire party. When we walked into the kitchen, we found fresh-cut flowers, freshly baked muffins, and a basket of spare toiletries waiting for us (very thoughtful touches). The country style kitchen table had more than enough room for all of us and we had such fun family dinners there, looking out over the lake. The sleeping arrangements were great, too: - everyone had very comfortable pillows and mattresses - four of the bedrooms had large windows overlooking the lake - the basement was nearly soundproof (the adults could sleep in while the older kids had fun playing in the finished basement) As for the lake: The walk down to the dock is a long one (we counted 56 stairs), and the main thing we didn’t like was that there were no steps directly to the beach - we had to jump from the dock to the sand. So the youngest and oldest members of our party always needed assistance if they wanted to go swimming or boating (that is why we only gave four stars in the “location” category). There were more than enough life jackets in all the sizes we needed and we had a lot of fun in the boats, with the boogie boards, and splashing in the lake. (The beach and lake have a lot of rocks, so anyone with sensitive feet should bring water shoes 😉). Our favorite thing to do was to jump in the lake after a day at one of the bay beaches. In conclusion: The house felt like home for the week we were there and we were very sad to leave such a fun vacation spot.

Perfect choice!

Our group of 7 retired friends were looking for a house on the water and this one was perfect! Long Pond is warm, wonderful, and quiet. Kayaks and water toys were provided! The deck and big grill made for afternoon relaxation. All the rooms indoors are quite large, sunny, and nicely appointed. And the bike trail is at the end of the street. Loved the location! We would not hesitate to return in the future! Owner Tom was very responsive to any questions.

Best week at the Cape

Lovely home. Accommodated our huge family. The open kitchen-dining area with deck overlooking the lake was perfect for the family cooking and being together. This is definitely a do-again home.

Perfect spot!

We absolutely loved this vacation spot. The house and the lake are wonderful. The bike path at the end of the street was a huge bonus -- you can go for long bikes, jogs, walks right from the house. The lake was perfect for swimming and kayaking. This is an amazing place!

Family vacation on Long Pond in Cape Cod

What an awesome place to spend your vacation on Cape Cod! It is situated on a picturesque wooded lot above Long Pond in Harwich, a beautiful and large lake. The house offers stunning views of the lake from its expansive outdoor deck and from several of its bedrooms. The house also provides everything a family would need to enjoy all of Summer pleasures that the Cape offers, including multiple kayaks, a canoe, life jackets, boogie boards and much more. Access to the Cape’s bike trail is literally a minute away. I highly recommend this property.

Everything you need for a great family vacation

The location of this Harwich home is fantastic. It’s on Long Pond, and just a couple minutes walk to the bike path. Several grocery stores in easy distance, and cute Harwich Port for shopping close by too. I have stayed on quite a few houses in the cape, and this was the best stocked by far. I’m used to having to pack all the sheets and towels, spices, toilet paper, etc. The owner of this house supplied it all and more. We had a beautiful basket of muffins ready for our arrival as well as a thoughtful basket of travel sized toiletries in case we had forgotten anything. The house is to a high standard but also very cozy so perfect for a family. I needed to work through much of the week, and I was happy with the strong WiFi signal that allowed me to be on video conference calls. Would definitely return!

A Needed Get Away

The property and the lake setting were ideal for a relaxing week on Cape Cod. The amenities at the house were more than we could had expected ( boats, grill, lifejackets, Beach towels, beach chairs, fire pit). It was like renting from a family friend. Thanks Tom. Trish, Paul and family

Beautiful Lake House

We loved our stay! We were two families with adult children and a dog. The house is perfect for a large group to cook and eat together. A small private beach to watch the sunrise on. Water at the lake is temperate and calm. Most of us took a swim each day. Great location to see the national seashore or take a boat ride. Tom was very responsive to any inquiries. The house was clean and well stocked.

Great lake house

We really enjoyed our stay at Cranberry Cove. We were 2 families (4 adults and 5 children), the house is set up very well for that large of a group and we each had plenty of space. Listed as a 5 bedroom but there is an extra downstairs office/room that we utilized as a perfect bedroom. Many of us worked out of the house and WiFi was strong and didn't give us any trouble at all. The location is terrific, Long Pond is beautiful, clean and warm for swimming and access to the bike trail at the end of the road is key. We had a great few weeks and would definitely like to return again soon! Thanks Tom for being such a great property manager!
