The Space:

Located in Brewster is Poolside Pause, featuring a spacious layout and heated in ground pool. This home is beautifully updated with plenty of space for the whole family! Entering through the side entrance you will immediately notice the large kitchen with center island and separate sidebar area. Whether you are artfully preparing the perfect vacation dinner or crafting the ideal cocktail to enjoy on the back deck you will have plenty of room to do either (or both!).



A king bedroom with an en suite full bathroom is located off the kitchen. Also on the main floor is the dining area, a family room with TV and half bathroom and a separate front living room with a sitting area. A washer and dryer are located in a closet directly off the kitchen.



At the top of the stairs you will find two side by side full bathrooms with shower/tub combos which will certainly make getting ready to go vacation adventuring easier (and quicker!). There are four bedrooms upstairs–two with king beds, one with two twin beds and one with a twin bed/full bed bunk bed which the kids will love!



In the back of the house is the full, heated, in-ground pool which is certain to be a favorite of the children and adults. Relax in the sun on the stone patio next to the pool or jump right in to cool down. What is better than a quick dip in the pool after a long hot day spent on the beach?



Whatever your vacation plans include Brewster is an amazing vacation destination because it truly offers the opportunity to create your own adventure. Spend your day playing a round of Golf at nearby Captains Golf Course, soak up the sun and go for a swim at one of Brewster’s many Cape Cod Bay beaches or several ponds, go shopping along Route 6A or go exploring in nature at Nickerson State Park.

Our Fun Filled Stay

My high school friends and their husbands have spent two weekends at this great house. 10 adults with plenty of room and lots of spaces to use. The pool is the best and the kitchen and house is equipped with everyone's needs. Thank you for renting to us each year and we will hopefully be there early next summer for our get together!

A Great Home

There are 5 couples that go and spend a weekend together every summer. Your house was beautiful and very accommodating. It rained, so we did not get to use the pool. But we had so much fun and had everything we needed in the house. Thank you for renting to us. We have been together on and off for 40 years. We loved the house! Sue Ann

Beautiful home and Pool

Updated home with new appliances. 2 issues we had were no central A/C, only window units in bedrooms. The main level had one bedroom window A/C if the room was closed. No A/C on that level. Also have way through the week we encountered a really bad smell in the kitchen, like sewage.

AMAZING POOL!!!!

What more could we ask for than a beautiful heated pool to spend most of our time in. There were four kids from 2-10 years-old who basically lived in that pool the whole week. The house was immaculate and had a bathroom for each of our families. Perfect. Thanks for giving us a great vacation!

Excellent family vacation stay!

The house was spacious, perfect for a large or extended family or two small families. The house was recently updated and was clean and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed. We even received a lovely welcome basket from Del Mar with a bottle of wine and snacks and another with small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and soap. The pool was heated and beautiful and clean, and there was a nice outdoor seating area both poolside and on the deck for eating. Property was as advertised and Del Mar was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, close to route 6 and easy distance to some really beautiful beaches and ponds. We loved staying there! Would highly recommend!
