This lovely three bedroom house in Harwich, with an open concept floor plan and plenty of room for your friends and family, is only a three minute walk to Long Pond. The nicely manicured front and back yard lawns are perfect for kids and games. Two living rooms: one for the adults and one for the kids. Tons of natural light, private setting, plenty of space, and the charming indoor fireplace & outdoor fire pit allow you to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors seamlessly.



The Space:

Your home for the weekend or week, has everything you need to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer from relaxing at the beach to fishing, hiking, shopping and eating in town.



The large and inviting open concept kitchen and living room is the perfect place to gather after a day at the beach! The kitchen is an eat-in kitchen with a dining table with room for 6.



The kitchen was recently refreshed with all new stainless steel appliances. There is everything you need to prepare home cooked meals: refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, and dishwasher. As well as a full complement of all the necessary cooking/serving items including: non-stick cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. Coffee lovers will love the drip coffee maker we have.



The living room has a large and comfortable sofa, a real wood burning fireplace, and a large smart TV with streaming capabilities and plenty of channels. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.



There are two bathrooms: the main bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the master bedroom has a walk in shower, both with rainfall showerheads and spray wands.



There are 3 bedrooms, for easy planning here are the bedroom layouts:

Master bedroom: king size bed with en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2: queen size bed

Bedroom 3: 2 twin with 1 trundle

There is also a full size pull out couch in the living room.



Outdoors: Charming yard with fire pit, outdoor seating for six on a spacious deck as well as a gas grill and outdoor shower!



Bring your furry friends as well, up to two dogs allowed for $50 each. The yard is not fully fenced, as such dogs must be leashed at all times.



One level living with only two steps to enter the home, perfect for those with mobility issues.



Parking for four vehicles in the large driveway. Window AC units in each of the bedrooms and the living rooms keep the house cool during the summer.



Washer/dryer for guests to use. Hotel quality 100% cotton linens, towels, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash all provided for our guests.



Please keep in mind:

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.



Guest Access:

Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!



The Neighborhood:

The house is in a great neighborhood that is private & quiet, walking distance to two bogs, ten minutes to the beach, and easy connection to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. You'll be only 10-15 minutes away from Brewster, Dennisport, Harwichport, Chatham, lots of neighboring ponds and beaches.



Other Things to Note:

Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!



Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart. Pets: Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver.
