Condo en bord de mer parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants

Nous appelons le n ° 222 «Tidezilla». Comme la plupart des propriétés Sea Gypsy, Tidezilla a une suite côté océan avec un lit queen, une cuisine complète, une salle de bain complète et un lecteur DVD. De grandes fenêtres face à l'océan vous offrent une vue fantastique sur la plage à tout moment.

La chambre arrière a deux lits jumeaux, une deuxième salle de bain complète, un lecteur DVD et une PlayStation 2. L'unité 222 «Tidezilla» est l'un des rares condos du Sea Gypsy avec lits jumeaux. Il est parfait pour une famille avec des enfants plus âgés qui ne veulent pas partager un lit, ou pour deux amoureux en querelle - surtout si l'un d'eux se comporte comme une tidezilla.

Nous vous fournissons trois connexions Wifi et mots de passe. Vous avez accès à une piscine intérieure chauffée et un sauna sec. Il y a même deux grils à gaz sur place pour votre usage.

Mais quand tout est dit et fait, la plupart de nos clients viennent pour la longue plage de sable juste devant notre condo, la plus grande attraction de Mère Nature. La plage devant nous est adjacente à l'une des rivières les plus célèbres au monde, la rivière D. Il tient une place dans le Livre Guinness des records comme le fleuve le plus court de la planète. Faites une promenade de 10 minutes au nord du Sea Gypsy et vous arriverez à des bassins de marée naturels, où vous trouverez toutes sortes de vie marine, y compris des étoiles de mer, des oursins et d'autres surprises.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was a great place for a family of 4! I have two children who had their own beds and bathroom, which was perfect! Everything worked great and the room was clean and in good shape.

Very nice property right next to the beach. Room was clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. It was the only place available and my kids and I had a wonderful time.

Relaxing week!

Me and my family had a great time at the Sea Gypsy! The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The views from our window were excellent, and being right on the beach was a huge plus! We will definitely choose the Sea Gypsy again on our next adventure to Lincoln city!

Great location and value!

The location is outstanding - right on the beach and near restaurants and shops. With two bedrooms and two baths, the value for this property couldn’t be better. It was clean and tidy with all the stated amenities. We requested a repair when we first got there that was handled immediately. Nice people!

Amazing view!

The room was very clean and the check in and out process was very easy. The view was amazing and you have all the amenities at your disposal. Definitely will book again. The bed in the living is not a big deal and the room is actually bigger than what you think. What I liked the most was the cleanliness of the place.

Very enjoyable accommodations and location. Trip timing planned to work well with after summer demands and it worked very well for our trip goals. Great location

This property is well supplied and in a great location. It was clean and well supplied. Check in was easy as described. Some attention needs to be given to small details such as replacing the switch to the garbage disposal and fixing a bathroom faucet leak however nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay. We'll definitely return.

Comfortable condo

Great condo for kite festival. Great location for festival watching, ocean viewing, and overall people watching. Kitchen and linens are stocked well. Great floorplan if you have kiddos. 2 twin beds in bedroom (w/TV and separate bathroom) and a little studio in main living space (with kitchen). Bedroom can be bright at night from the parking lot lights.

Fun Times

We had a great time staying in Tidezilla 222! It was as it seems from the pictures. It’s an old building and all that goes with that. But the unit was great, clean and we loved the view and easy access to the beach! The only complaint was the people staying directly above us. It sounded like they were running up and down the halls and jumping. Very annoying. But overall it was a great experience!

The unit was clean and nicely stocked with towels, pillows, blankets and kitchen utensils. I was so happy to see a hair dryer, as I forgot mine. The shower drain in the bathroom by the kitchen wasn't staying open for water to drain during showers. There was no AV cable for the PS2 which greatly disappointed my 10 year old. It would be awesome to have those details double checked between guests. Other than those two things, we liked the unit. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the cleanliness and hospitable amenities.

Tidezilla at the Sea Gypsy

We have always loved staying at the Sea Gypsy. We like the Tidezilla condo best for the two twin beds in the back bedroom. This makes it nice for our kiddos. Tidezilla's kitchen is mostly well stocked with what you will need if you plan to cook while at the beach. There is also extra bedding if needed and a few great extras like chairs and sand buckets and even a kite. Plenty of room to sit at the counter or table for meals. The view of the beach from the room is the best!! Our room was clean. My kids love the pool and sauna. The only complaint we have is the bathrooms. The fans don't work at all. They come on but the steam doesn't go anywhere. It's damaging to the entire bathroom. A lot of mold has grown around the shower and floor and it looks yucky. The shower heads need to be replaced. They dump a lot of water at once and the extra water is hard to contain in the shower and ends up leaking out onto the floor. Maybe better shower curtains would help in this area too. The walls need paint and toilet doesn't flush well. So I guess the bathrooms are just the eye sore of the room and need a little TLC. The rest of the room is very inviting even though the queen bed isn't comfortable to sleep on, it's fine for a few nights stay.

Tidezilla

This location is amazing and the communication from Troy was some of the best I have had from an Airbnb property. The space itself was very clean but not exactly what I expected. The decor was somewhat dated and the setup (with two twin beds in the master bedroom and the master bed in the living space) was a little weird, but I can see how it would work well for different people in a different situation.

Tidezilla

1) We love the lighted surf. We appreciated the sand toys, DVD players, and beach access. 2) The beds were quite firm but comfortable. The 2 twin beds in the back bedroom were perfect for the kids, and the adults loved sleeping with the window open to hear the surf. 3) The kitchen needs attention. The cupboard door across from the refrigerator is falling off the hinges. In fact, most of the cupboard doors are loose. There were only 3 forks. There was no wisk, mixing spoon, or rubber scraper, and the salad tongs are broken. 4) The people above us were incredibly rude. Beginning at 6 am Saturday and Sunday, they seemed to be running or jumping across the floor, and this went on for hours. They played loud music passed 11pm. And their dog barked frequently. We've stayed on the second floor of the Sea gypsy before, and we know to expect footsteps due to the age of the building, but the noise upstairs was nothing like we've heard before. 4) The pool was quite a disappointment. We thought it was supposed to be heated, but it was quite cold. There was no hot tub. The pool water was so high that it goes right over the top of the hot tub area. There appear to be hot tub jets, but no way to activate them. The dry sauna was lovely, and a must because the pool was cold.

Lovely late summer visit

We enjoyed our stay in Tidezilla. There is such a wonderful view of the beach. The appliances are up to date and workable. Here are some maintenance issues: the door between the main are and the bedroom does not close completely and does not lock. The sheets in the open area were clean but stained. The sink in the main area bathroom drained very slowly. We went past Pacific City to the newest Oregon State Park called Sitka Sedge. We took a very scenic, easy hike and saw lots of birds and beautiful water.

We have quiet hours that we notify all of our guests in both emails and in the room provided booklets. A third floor unit may be better suited for you if you wish to stay with us again. Can't beat the view and location for the price!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tidezilla. The view was so wonderful and the beach was truly just steps away. The space was perfect for us and our kids and everyone had a great time. For folks who plan to bring kids to stay in the second room, the curtains are sheer so a lot of light comes in. It might help to drape a darker sheet or bring something to help blackout the back room. The pool was great and we basically had it to ourselves! The room is older and some furniture pieces aren't in the best shape but I expected this based on the reviews and it didn't prevent us from having a blast! Can't beat listening and watching the ocean while eating breakfast!

Sea Gypsy Review

We had a very nice stay at Sea Gypsy in Lincoln City. I apologize for not sending you a notice when we left yesterday, hopefully you got my sister in laws text. Very convenient place to stay for running up and down the coast, and of course perfect location for beach access and shopping/eating/recreation in Lincoln City. We will be back at some point to stay again!
