Room was not very clean sand in the beds . The master bedroom bed was awful . Dingy definitely could use a good deep cleaning. Asked multiple times about early check in finally had to call the number . Best part was the security guard and they didn’t have a 2 night minimum. A lot of money for what it was . Will not return.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family! We loved the layout of the condo, the view from the balcony, and overall the appearance of the condo! There was minor previous damage but nothing that impaired our stay! It was easy to access with the directions given before check in! WIll book again if we came back to Gulf Shores!

Wasn't happy about the cleaning.

When we checked in the condo had a horrible smell . The floors had not been cleaned in along time nasty . After driving 6 hours I had to strip the beds and wash comforters. The horrible smell was like a wet dog and it was on the comforters. The shower head in master bedroom was broken spraying water on ceiling. Other than that we had a great time and the condo was in a great location..

Won’t be staying at this condo again

As soon as we walked in there was sand on the floor so I know it hadn’t been swept. The comforters were straightened but that’s all. The sheets weren’t made and beds had sand in them along with someone’s hair. Some plugins didn’t work. Light below microwave didn’t work making it hard to cook. Sheetrock mud on walls, flooring box under bed, pans to cook with was about far the worst I’ve seen. Hard to communicate with owner, had to contact VRBO to get any responses before even arriving. Patio doors were very hard to open.

Great area!

All was good except we had no contact from the property owner until after we got there and it was after 4:00 before we could get any response! We had to go eat dinner before checking in because we had no access!

Just a few things

Easy and very clean. Not sure if owners see this but if they do, pls let me know u saw it. The fan in den doesn't have a pull string and therefore doesn't work. Also large cutting boards would be useful. Not sure if u know, but large patch of unpainted area in master bedroom. Such a beautiful room, but then there's that, lol.

Thank you for letting us know about the fans, we had no Idea. We are a ware of the wall that needs paint, we had a previous guest that did damage and we repaired it, however, were not able to paint it in time for your stay, so sorry about that. Thanks for choosing our rental! We really appreciated you!

Great view BUT....

Needs TLC. Also some areas were not real clean (dusty). Beds and furniture not very comfortable. The view was great!
