Beautiful BEACHFRONT condo within walking distance to the popular attractions

This property is Located at the Seawind condominiums and is on the 11th floor. It is a beautiful unit with 2 Bedrooms and a bunk room along with a sleeper sofa. It has a large open balcony with nice outdoor furniture for you to jtake in the sights and sounds of the gulf. Both the living area and master bedroom have access to the balcony if you want to enjoy the sounds of the beach from either one . There are TV’s with DVD players and fire sticks in every room. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need. This unit is located directly on the beach, with its own private beach access where you can walk right down to the water to enjoy those white sandy beaches.

** INCLUDED WITH THIS UNIT ARE TWO BEACH CHAIRS AND ONE UMBRELLA PROVIDED BY SUNCOAST RENTAL COMPANY AND WILL BE SET UP BY THE COMPANY EACH DAY**

So no having to haul beach chairs up and down each day!!

Also—located on site are water sport rentals such as parasailing, banana boat, and SeaDoo rentals.

Next to the condo on the beach is the Sea n’ Suds restaurant. Directly across the street is the Waffle House along with a souvenir store and a mini market. Within walking distance are many other restaurants such as Gulf Island Grill, Pink Pony Pub, and The Hangout. These are just a few restaurants within walking distance there are many more.

This unit has a full size washer and dryer in a full size laundry room.

Condo has a three story parking garage so your car will be out of the weather as you relax at the beach.

16% lodging tax as well as $200 cleaning fee and $50 per car parking pass will apply. One parking pass is added to all reservations. If you need a second one please let us know. (Only allows up to 2 parking passes).

This is a NON SMOKING unit. And no pets are allowed by renters.e

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at seawind condo. 1st time in this unit. We love the location and how friendly everyone is. The pools and hot tub are amazing. We were blessed with having the beach chairs and umbrella with the unit for the week.

Great place, very clean and convenient location.

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and check in was easy. Location is convenient to restaurants and things to do. It was nice that 2 chairs and umbrella that can be setup by request for you was available. Also having Sea n Suds next door made getting a good meal quick and easy, especially with toddler. We would recommend it and stay again.

Enjoyable place to stay with all the amenities

Right on the beach with quick access to shops and stores as well as WalMart, a short drive away. Splash Zone for you kids with heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub right next door.

Great last minute getaway

Location and beach view were great! We enjoyed our short stay as we watched our grandson's soccer tournament that was held in the area. We would definitely stay again. Minor detail....would recommend an upgrade in towels and toilet tissue!

Family vacation

Great location and condo. We had a wonderful time hanging at the beach. Pros: condo was just as listed, right on the beach, easy access. Cons: Elevators were a little slow, hosts only provided one trash bag and other limited items normally provided by rentals even though we were a family of 7 staying 5 days but overall it was a great family vacation

Summer Fun

Gulf shores is always a great getaway for the family. Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and had most everything we needed. The view is fantastic and the included lawn chair and umbrella service was appreciated! We would not hesitate to stay again?

Such a great time

Great budget friendly option

We had a great stay. Good location - close enough to walk to the main strip but away from the noisiest area. The property felt safe and clean. Loved the walkways from the parking lot to the beach, the heated pool, and the splash pad/shallow pool. Both the condo and facility could use some TLC but overall we were happy with our stay.

Great stay!

We loved staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The balcony was so big and had the most beautiful view of the ocean! The owner answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful. Only complaint is that the oven got really Smokey and set off the alarm a couple times but it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay here again!

Friends and family getaway

Overall the property was great. Condo was clean with nice furnishings and views. The pools, food and stores were all close by and the beach was steps away. Property owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. Note on the property: canopy’s on the beach have to be set at a certain distance away and it’s far from the water, with small children I wish we would have brought beach umbrellas instead, there are only 2 elevators so be prepared to wait a while and the parking spots are narrow with concrete barriers. These are not deal breakers the condo was definitely a great find but things I wish I would have prepared for.

Beautiful Condo Perfect Location

This property was amazing, so close to all the attractions, and was equipped with everything you will need for an amazing getway. So relaxing. We loved the balcony, and the elevators were no issue at all. We will book again! Your friends from Oklahoma!

Perfect vacation home

We had a wonderful stay here. I truthfully do not have a single complaint about our stay. Perfect view. Close to anything we wanted to go do or see. There was plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely stay here again.

Give me a break! :)

Words cannot describe the break me, my spouse, my son, and daughter-in-law desperately needed! This was the PERFECT place for a quick getaway from reality. The pictures posted in the listing give you an exact image of your rental. The owners were quick to respond to messages and very helpful on where to park before check-in. Hope to find some matching availability at this unit for our next trip. Not the owner’s responsibility—-On Sunday evening, there was only one (of two) elevators working around 5:30 PM so we had to use the stairs (up to the 11th floor) instead of waiting in long line. Just a note from annual visits to the beach—If you have never been to the gulf coast, the uniformed umbrellas and cushions on wooden lounging chairs or folding chairs along the beach are not free. You must rent them by the day. Also, the umbrellas, folding chairs, cushions are set out at 8 AM and are picked up at 5 PM. The workers are not going to keep them out longer for you.

Great individual condo and value, but property was fair

Enjoyed condo, location and view. Very clean and well managed by owner.. BUT, elevator situation was awful even before one elevator broke. (JULY 4) and was not fixed when we left at 10am on 7/6. So we had to use filthy stairwell several times. Overall, we will not likely rent again due to elevator and cleanliness of stairs and other common areas. (Elevator lobby and first floor beach access.)

Gulf Shores get-away

This property was as listed. It was clean upon arriving and well decorated. The condo had all the basics that would be needed for a short or longer stay. The location is fantastic as you are in walking distance to Sea & Suds and the Hangout and shopping. Chair rentals are affordable as are water sports. The balcony furniture was comfortable, perfect for enjoying the morning or evening view. We would stay again!

Amazing condo

This condo was better than we could ever have expected it to be. Very spacious and clean. Right across the street from stores and restaurants. Owners got back within an hour with communication between us. Will 100% use this property again.

Clean and Comfy with a view

The property was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable with a nice view of the gulf. Good decor and easy to find. Only challenge was the elevators were out of commission on and off throughout the week so had to take the stairs a good few times.

This condo was so clean and nice. We were pleasantly surprised, as it looks even better in person than the pictures. Lots of room and easy access to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.
