Welcome to the Green Jay House: A Stylish Centennial Retreat. This 4-bed, 3.5-bath home is nestled in Centennial's prime location, offering a secure and comfortable environment in the heart of the city.

The main level offers a spacious living area, family room with a double-sided fireplace, and a modern kitchen with dining space. Step onto the deck overlooking the backyard and park.

Check in was easy, the house is spacious and clean. The house has refrigerated A/C, which was great for the 101 degree days! The dogs loved the backyard which was tidy and perfectly backed up to a park. Great location, close to 470 which took us to Denver quickly. Close to Southlands Mall, Walmart, and Sams!! Highly recommend

This house was amazing. It had everything you could think of for a long term stay. I was using this house waiting for my housing and the host were friendly and accommodating. Location is close to everything you could think of and the neighborhood was quiet. 10/10 would stay here again if needed.

We stayed at the Green Jay House while we were in town for a graduation. We shared the house with our son's family. We had plenty of room for our group of 6 people. The house was clean and well supplied. We had plenty of towels and kitchen tools. Our granddaughters enjoyed the extra cozy blankets and the nearby park. We plan on coming back next year when our other grandson graduates.

Stayed at the house for a week long business trip - 3 adults. Everyone loved the house including the 2 dogs. It was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Cute terrace and backyard ideal for people and dogs. Communication with host was easy, prompt, and excellent. Travel to Denver convention center was absolutely doable. There are some nice restaurants within a 15min radius. Would book the house again - no hesitations.

The location this time of year was magical because of the Christmas lights throughout the neighborhood. It was a cute, quiet place with an awesome backyard that over looks a park! Had an excellent stay without any issues.

Great place to stay with a pet. Our dog loved running around in the backyard, chasing the rabbits and squirrels. Prepare for a 30-ish minute drive to downtown Denver area but worked well for our needs. There’s a Sprouts within minutes which helped with a first day grocery run. There were a little quirks: one of the comforters was not clean and had stains, some lights didn’t work, the carpet looks like it could use a good shampoo. If you plan to cook, bring or buy a big pan. All that was available were small sauce pans and a cookie sheet. There is no bbq grill either. We made it work but could have been a little more equipped in the kitchen for us. Overall, would come back!

We were attending a dog show at the fairgrounds and this house was perfect for our needs. The backyard was fully fenced with a nice grassy area. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this home and the location was great. We visited Colorado Springs, Denver, and Boulder each on a different day. The drives were not too long at all. It’s definitely conveniently located. The accommodations were also great. The deck and the backyard were super cute and we enjoyed sitting outside. I highly recommend!

Great House!

We really enjoyed our stay even though we weren’t at the house very much. Perfect spot for 4 singles to have their own space, but it would be great for a group as well! The kitchen was well stocked for all your needs & lots of spaces to sit & eat.

Check in was great with a key access pad on the front door. The house was perfect for our family with the three stories and a great backyard to enjoy. Beautiful and spacious home in quiet neighborhood

We were visiting family but wanted more room and space than a hotel. This home was perfect for our family and my boys really enjoyed having the basement to themselves. The kitchen was equipped with everything we need including coffee which was very nice! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and sitting on the deck enjoying coffee every morning was something we looked forward to. We would take walks or go to the playground to burn off some energy.

Large and Great Location

My family and I traveled to Denver for the Colorado Sparkler softball tournament. This house was in the perfect location for us. It was within 20-30 min to downtown Denver, depending on traffic and only about 15 min from the fields where we played. I would 100% book this house again. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The 3 and half bathrooms were a God send with 3 daughters! The rooms are spacious and the finished basement was the ideal spot for my kids. It has a bedroom, full bathroom, TV, and a little game table. The girls never had to leave there while we were in the house lol The only thing I would recommend is adding a grill. There is such a nice deck off the back that overlooks a playground and nice yard. A patio set and grill would be absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is so quiet and family friendly. I really cannot say enough about how lucky we feel to have found this place. Some other families from our team did not fair as well with their picks but we found ours to be perfect! Thanks for letting us rent for the week😊

Somewhat inaccurate description, but reasonable and quiet stay. Home backs up to public park, which was a plus for my little one.The home is not regularly attended to, and has some dated furnishings (splintery decking, loose boards on outside stairs, fall decor present in july such as pillows and soaps, dated patio furniture with loose pieces, and no cover present for the deck canopy our back-- just an unsightly frame for one that probably used to be there, several incandescent light bulbs in the restrooms which cause significant heat in summer). There are also stains on carpets through the main living area, which didnt look actively soiled but added to an untidy presentation. When traveling with dogs, this can appear really concerning each morning. I ended up putting a sticker on each preexisting spot to ensure my little dogs weren't ill or causing a problem during our stay.When we arrived for our stay, there was a "final notice" related to utilities on the door.The listing notes access to a pool, but the local pool is in fact closed for renovations and has been for months. Its not anticipated to open until fall 26 per the signage out front. This feature should not be listed in this homes description, as this is a prime reason we booked this location.Home and space were adequate, but wouldnt stay again given multiple things that weren't what we consider comfortable.

The house was beautiful with lovely touches that made it feel like home, and we loved the neighborhood! The layout worked perfectly for us with able bedrooms and bathrooms to give privacy and space. The host was extremely responsive and we had zero issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to the area!!
