Récemment rénové Family Fun 2BR w / Pool - Promenade à la plage

Nouvellement rénové appartement d'accès à la plage fermée avec une piscine. Ceci est un appartement de deux chambres et deux salles de bain qui constitue une unité dans un quadplex. C’est sur un chemin privé très calme menant à une voie d’accès à la plage fermée que seuls les résidents de cette rue ont également accès.

La maison a été entièrement refaite et a tous les nouveaux meubles, draps, oreillers, serviettes, etc. La piscine a juste été améliorée avec de nouveaux meubles de piscine / terrasse. Commodités Inclus:
- Piscine privée pour seul invité à notre quadplex
- Porte-clés à la plage fermée seulement une courte promenade de la plage
- Nouveaux draps, serviettes, oreillers, édredons, etc.
- savon et shampoing
- Roku TV, capable de se connecter à tous vos différents services de streaming
- Abonnement Netflix inclus à la maison
- Chaises de plage et jouets
- Internet ultra rapide / wifi

Cette propriété peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre principale, deux lits simples dans l'autre chambre et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon.

Cette propriété est idéale pour une famille ou des amis qui veulent trouver un endroit à distance de marche de la plage et qui ont aussi une piscine. Le village de Siesta Key est à proximité et à un court trajet en voiture.

- Les heures calmes sont après 22h00 et jusqu'à 7h00. Ceci est à respecter les autres invités dans les autres appartements. Le bruit fort entre ces heures n'est pas autorisé.

We had the best stay here! Pool was great, close access to the beach, and quick ride to the villages or a little walk. Host was extremely great with communication and always got back to me quickly with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay for our family , We had some flights issues and wanted to stay another day , Steve was able to get us another night . Great communication and the beach access and private pool was great . Will come back next year for sure

Can't beat the location, close to everything. This is not the Ritz Carlton, furnishings were probably from garage sales, mostly old and outdated. The room we had "D" was clean, beds were not terribly comfortable, fixtures were old but everything worked. The pool is very small, good for 3-4 people.

My family and I enjoyed this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Quiet area near the beach. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, but it did not interfere with our stay.

Spring Break

Our group had a great time at this property during our Spring Break week. The location is great, beach is nice and it had everything we needed for a fun week. The common area is so nice and we hosted a cookout one night for other friends staying nearby and the layout is perfect. We were able to reserve the top two units and it was the perfect space for us. We were even able to make friends with the guests staying below us who were fun and friendly. Steve is a responsive host and provided us with everything we needed for our stay! I highly recommend this host and property for your Siesta Beach vacation!

Great getaway

This condo had everything necessary for two sisters to enjoy a week at the beach. The unit was clean, spacious, and amply stocked. On site amenities including pool, sun deck, outdoor lounge and laundry facilitiy werr wonderful. Close to the beach. Parking plentiful. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could use a little upgrade, but overall good. Woukd recommended.

Best Location for the Price.

Hopefully the price doesn't get raised but for the price you cant heat this location. We were attending a Wedding at Jamaica Royal which was literally a walk up the street. The house has a nice pool to relax at. The house sit right off the beach not more than 3min walk up a private walk way to the beach. It was a holiday weekend so the beach was packed but with the private beach access there was plenty of room. The house provides all you need for the beach, theres also free beach lounge chairs on the beach as well. The only complaint i had was our internet stop working which was due to a storm but the manager had someone out to fix it. The place is nice and comfy. I will return to this place again.

This condo / apartment has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay in Siesta Key. It’s just a short walk to the beach and it has a great little pool with a comfortable outdoor seating area. There were 5 of us (2 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. There was a slight mix up when we arrived. The cleaning crew didn’t realize we were checking in and we were without clean sheets and towels, but a call to Steve was all it took to get someone out to us within 30 minutes to take care of the problem. We were very happy with the accommodations. The one thing that is worth mentioning is that this area was very badly hit by the last hurricane. Any ground floor dwelling or condo was flooded and is not inhabitable. As a result, there is lots of construction going on. It didn’t bother us because we were gone most of the day But if you are looking for peace and quiet, it may be a few more months until all of the work is done in the surrounding area. Otherwise, this place is perfect.

Lovely place just hot

Place was lovely! Our time here was definitely not as we thought it would be but guess there’s always next year. Neighbors next to us took all of our chairs from our table and were super loud pretty much all night. Quite hours don’t always exist if that’s important to you just beware. Condo was great except floors weren’t cleaned, lots of hair and crumbs and the fridge was never cleaned either. Condo stayed 80 or above degrees even with the ac running all day and night it didn’t cool down until 2/3am every night. Owner did have someone come out but couldn’t figure out what was wrong and he also had a cleaner come back to do the floors and fridge and she did the floors but not the fridge. A lot of back and forth trying to workout the ac issue. Couldn’t find anywhere else to book so we could go somewhere else and weren’t going to cut our vacation short and disappoint the whole family so we decided to stick it out and try and make it work. Definitely a great beach and would love to come back but definitely not this unit. The neighbors next to us also said it was hot in their unit so if we stayed again it would be in the 2 downstairs units for sure. The owner was great with replying and tried to help it just didn’t seem like the issue could be fixed and after 2/3 days into the vacation we didn’t have options for other rentals

We always try to go above and beyond for our guests, so it was unfortunate that Diane was less then happy with her stay. Late at night when I was made aware of the loud guests and the chairs, I made sure the issue was taken care of the following morning. I had cleaners and maintenance members come to her unit multiple times too. When my cleaners came the temperature was in the low 70s. It was also like this when my repair man showed up the following day. As for the cleaning, my cleaner did the floors again. She also looked at the fridge and found it to be sparking clean. I know it is impossible to please everyone, I would just encourage future potential guests to look at our other reviews to see how we provide great memorable vacations for our guests.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We loved staying at here for our first ever trip to Siesta Key! It was such a cute spot with everything...the owners even provide wagons, chairs and coolers for those that need to travel lightly! We had everything we needed for our stay...the location is great...within 2 miles of everything you need. Easy access to the beach and pool. Steve was very responsive.
