Our home is a great vacation destination with plenty of amenities to enjoy. The proximity to world-class beaches and attractions like Lido Beach, Siesta Key, St. Armand's Circle, Mote Marine, and Sarasota Jungle Gardens is definitely a plus. And the RV and boat parking is a nice touch for those who want to bring their own recreational vehicles. The oversized heated salt water pool and new six person hot tub sound like wonderful ways to unwind and enjoy some relaxation time.

***Our pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Please note that during colder weather and heavy rains we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. NO REFUNDS will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather.

Summer in Florida

It was a beautiful house and we had a wonderful time. EXCELLENT communication between the owner and our family. The outdoor pool is HUGE and the hot tub was a nice addition. Good location (not far from airport, restaurants/shopping, highway, etc). Would highly recommend for those considering a stay in the Sarasota area!

We had an awesome and relaxing week! The house was very clean and neat. We were given instructions and access information in a timely manner. If we had any questions, Karolina was very prompt with a response! The hot tub was soothing and the pool was refreshing!

Karolina did not disappoint super friendly host beautiful home great pool and hot tub. My family was extremely comfortable during our stay despite TS Debby! After the weather cleared we took advantage of the pool because SK beach/gulf was not in the best shape. This house saved our trip and made it fantastic while not being able to enjoy the beach as much as we wanted to. We would definitely rent this property again.

We stayed at this Sarasota home for two weeks, and I honestly don’t think I can list everything that made this place such a hidden gem. The amenities advertised are great, but there are so many more thoughtful touches throughout the property that made our stay exceptional.From the very beginning, communication with the host was fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Every question we had was answered promptly and clearly, which made check-in and day-to-day planning a breeze.The home itself is elegant, spacious, and incredibly well-organized. Every light switch is labeled, every TV remote is labeled with its own holder, and each bedroom has simple instructions for lights and fans. It’s honestly the most organized vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in.There is ample storage throughout the home, including an oversized laundry room with cabinets filled with helpful extras—perfect if you're traveling with kids. We found a highchair, swim toys, a beach wagon, and other thoughtful items that made our stay even more convenient.The layout is fantastic. With three bedrooms, this home is ideal for multiple couples or families. There’s plenty of space, and the open floor plan makes it feel welcoming and roomy without anyone ever feeling crowded.The outdoor area is where this place truly shines. There is tons of seating—picnic tables, loungers, chairs—and the pool and hot tub are spotless. Weekly pool and hot tub maintenance, lawn care, and pest control keep the entire property
