L'unité 11 Seagull Condominiums est une location de vacances au rez-de-chaussée avec trois chambres, deux salles de bain et demie. La chambre principale et le salon ont des balcons privés avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique. Les deux autres chambres offrent une vue sur la magnifique piscine de la station. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, parfaite pour cuisiner vos prises spéciales des aventures de pêche de Port Aransas. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, et la troisième a deux ensembles de lits superposés et un futon. Les chambres et le salon sont recouverts de moquette, tous les autres sols sont carrelés. 8 personnes Unité a été complètement remodelé et mis à jour, de nouvelles images et visite virtuelle à venir.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and its location. As long as this property is available, there will never be a reason to stay anywhere else. It was more than convenient to pool and beach. The kitchen lacked absolutely nothing! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and it was over all a dreamy place to stay!

2nd Time Here and Want to Make it Annual!

We have stayed at this property before and loved every minute. This time was just as great. There was a small issue when we checked in but the property manager and owner were easy to reach and the issue was resolved very very promptly - we so appreciated that. We love this place and highly recommend!

This condo beat any expectations we had! The inside is so clean and beautifully done, the decor was gorgeous! The views are wonderful, you can walk right out the back patio to go to the boardwalk to the beach, the pool is clean and perfect temp! Will definitely return.

Great Stay

No complaints at all about this property. The pictures were accurate, it is a great looking and well decorated condo. The view was great out over the water. The balcony was good to sit on to watch the waves or any storms rolling through. The ground level patio with gate/access to the board walk made it easy to get to the beach without having to go through the lobby. Also, the parking and check in/check out process were very easy. The pool/hot tub areas had picnic tables/grills and were a good break from the sand

Great Condo

Enjoyed being able to get out of the crowd And basically have a beach to yourself. The one down fall no laundry in the unit ( I mean it’s there but just can’t use it do you “COVID”. Instead you must go downstairs and use the communal laundry 🤷‍♀️)

Beautiful Beaches & Stunning Condo

We recently enjoyed a phenomenal stay. Despite a recent oil spill, the dedicated beach crew ensured the area was impeccably clean and safe. Our unit, was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and sized just right for our family. As a first-floor condo, it offered unmatched convenience with its close proximity to the swimming pool and beach, perfect for hauling beach gear or managing young ones. Despite a busy summer weekend, we savored the remarkable tranquillity, truly enabling us to unwind. We were so impressed with our experience that we plan to make this a tradition. The staff's dedication to maintaining this wonderful vacation spot is noteworthy. For anyone considering a stay here, you won't be disappointed. It's a slice of paradise amidst adversity. We can't wait for our next visit!

Amazing unit!

Don't let a first floor unit bother you! We were worried about the view but it is absolutely gorgeous and the dunes provide the perfect amount of privacy. Also has a small patio below the deck with a grill and a back gate for access to the beach or to come back from the pool without having to go through the lobby wet. The only down side to this unit is there were no good kitchen knives (we cooked a Christmas meal and carved a turkey with a butter knife. lol) and the bottom couch cushions try to slither off in the floor while you are sitting on them. We were also disappointed to find that you can't rent a beach cart in town and take it to the Seagull due to distance and no cart access to the beach but, otherwise it is a gorgeous unit and the pics online do it no justice! Pretty sure it's our new regular spot! Can't say how much we enjoyed this stay!

One of the most beautiful VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in!

Can’t say enough good things about this property, the listing doesn’t even do it justice. The location is absolutely perfect, the closest you can be to jump in the pool and easy access to the beach (we could easily walk with no stroller with our 1.5 year old and 3 year old.) Very well equipped kitchen that made it fun to cook - we didn’t have the desire to eat out a single time. May be small but I loved the fun serving dishes - made our meals feel fun and festive which you don’t get often in VRBOs. The decor was absolutely gorgeous (in fact if the owner reads this I’d pay for you to decorate my home 🤣), my husband and I both thought it was the most beautifully designed VRBO we have ever stayed at. It felt like you were staying at a friends personal vacation property not just some rental the owners haven’t been to in years. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub, both heated, in early February (and had them to ourselves in very time!) The management was extremely responsive with every single question. Truly cannot say enough good things. We’ll be back!!!

Fun in the Sun!

This unit is really nice for the price. PROS - The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for a family of five, beautiful view of the ocean and pool, the kitchen was well stocked, living room furniture was decent, beautiful wall art, nice bathrooms, and we were close to the beach. They were prompt to respond to any issues we had, other than the initial check-in. CONS - We arrived an hour early before 4pm (check-in time) and was told it will be a while before our unit will be ready. We sat in our vehicle until 5:30 pm. After a long drive that put a really bitter taste in our mouths to start off the vacation. The floor of the entire unit had not been swept or mopped. I swept it after our arrival, and it was ridiculous to what all I swept up. They did send someone to sweep and mop after I complained, but we had to sit and wait outside the room once again.

We didn't want to leave!

This beautiful condo was exactly as pictured! Sparkling clean, well stocked with quality dishes, towels, linens, etc. and it truly felt like HOME, impeccably furnished and decorated, not a mishmash of random finds, as most rentals can be. The layout of the home was spacious, with views from every room and we were all impressed with the sound-proofing - we never heard a peep from anyone above or next door to us, or even the strong winds we experienced on our last two day. We loved being just steps away from both the beach and the pool, with views from every room and were grateful for the extra towels and beach toys provided. It was just minutes from town, but honestly I never wanted to leave! We will definitely be back!!

Lovely condo with great access to beach and pool!!! Comfortable beds!

The only down side is that living room seating is just ok, not very comfortable. Regarding the property overall, the only down side is that the ping-pong and pool table are in the basement, not the well-lit common area with great views.
