Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre usage. Ce condo dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une grande télévision avec Netflix. Il y a le wifi

Le complexe comprend une piscine extérieure, une aire de jeux, un terrain de basket et une maison de poisson. Un parking pour bateaux / remorques est disponible. Ce condo est à quelques pâtés de maisons des restaurants acclamés localement à Port Aransas et dispose d'un passage pour la plage.

Situé à quelques pas de la plage et à Port Aransas, vous pourrez vous détendre sur la plage, construire des châteaux de sable, jouer dans les vagues ou profiter des restaurants et des magasins agréables autour de la ville. Traîner sur le balcon avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Lorsque vous êtes ici, vous êtes à l'heure des îles, alors détendez-vous et profitez de la vie facilement, sans horaires! Great Location. Home layout was awesome! We had a large group & were concerned that we would feel cramped in a condo, but it was actually spacious enough for us. The deck with an ocean view was wonderful.

Loved the convenient location of being able to walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and provided a good amount of essentials for our stay. We had to contact the host one day and they were nice and quick to attend to our need. The pool is located directly in front of the condo which is nice and the pool itself was clean and large. This is our second family beach trip staying at this condo and we'll plan on coming back!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Just what we needed for a few days. Everyone enjoyed their stay and was able to come back to the place and relax after being out on the beach during the day. Very clean and a great location.

Great location

My family has been coming to Sea Isle for years. This was the first year we stayed in this particular condo and it met our needs well. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and easy beach access. We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t speak to that. We would stay here again.

30th bday trip

Centrally located to all the great eateries. Highly recommend Bier Haus at the end of the street & the coffee shop at the end of Avenue J. We rented a golf cart from Peyton’s, super nice people. Be sure to ride over where the ferry leaves to watch the dolphins. Condo was clean & well decorated.

Really nice and comfy. We were 2 families that stayed with 4 children. Everyone slept without worries. It was clean, the sofas were in good shape and the table was nice a big. The location is where it's at! We loved the pool and had fun surfing and building Sandcastles through the day. The beach was clean and the boardwalk was perfect. I spent my mornings enjoying coffee with friends overlooking the dunes and listening to the waves.

Family Vacation 2023

Our family had an excellent stay at this location. The house was clean, well-equipped and had plenty of space for our large family. The large table and family room were great and kid-friendly, as was the spacious deck with a great ocean breeze. The digital keypad was great for all the family members coming and going to the beach and pool. The entire property was ideal with easy beach access and a very nice pool. There was plenty of parking and the large playground was very nice, although it was usually too hot to be far from the beach or pool We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to any large families looking for a place near the beach.

Family trip

property and hostess were great! Even the property manager room that I stumbled upon was amazing. We didn’t have beach supply’s since we were only doing carton luggage. There was a closet full of boogie boards chairs and even a beach wagon that we borrowed and brought back. She even gave us her big spray to use until we went to the store. So welcoming!! The mosquitoes were bad so the walk to the beach wasn’t great but we used their beach pass and drove down depending on the time of day. The walk to the beach wasn’t as close as I’m used to but I wasn’t bad. We had 3 kids and a baby so it wasn’t a haul on its own. Pool was fantastic and we all loved the trip!

This was the perfect unit for our party of 8 ! My parents had the middle room with queen bed, and the boys got the bunk bed room. My sister, niece and I got the bed with 2 fulls. The living room was a great size, and we liked being able to do our laundry inside the unit. Balcony was large, with great view of the beach. Eleventh St. is so close to downtown and to the beach , it was a great location !!

Last vacation before school

Very clean, just as advertised. Was just what we needed for our last family vacation before school starts next week. Easy walk to beach, shower outside when you got back from beach, which was a huge plus after a day at beach. Would definitely book again.

This condo IS all about the view. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The on-site maintenance man was also very helpful with a couple of things. This property owner was VERY responsive to questions. We’ll definitely be back!!

I recently retired. I love to build, remodel, make things better. One of my plans was to start making and selling some of my decorations and furniture. My husband had other ideas for mine and his talents and time. We remodeled this condo, along with one of our kids, with our own hands, except where licensed professionals were required. I made some of the art work, the dining room table, end tables and coffee table. We are very pleased with the results. We are hands on owners. We appreciate the feedback renters give and try to make improvements where possible.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have been renting in this complex for about 5 years. We bring our 4 kids and have a blast. My husband has been pining after an ocean view unit for a while. When this unit came available he told me he was going to buy it. I thought he was joking, but 30 days later we closed on it. We came down and spent some time putting this place back to better than it was before the hurricane. Yes I saw this one before. The complex itself is better, the units are better, and the owners are just as great as they always were. We are Port A Strong.
