Welcome to Unit 402!

Located in the nicest complex in New Smyrna Beach, this brightly decorated unit with all of the best features of home is just a few steps to the beach!
Everything you need for a great stay is here. This comfy condo offers a King in master and 2 reclining ends of sofa in the living room - 2 TV'S, 1 VCR,

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

Great location and facility

We had a very relaxing time. Great to be able to just walk out onto the beach. We also enjoyed the amenities at the facility.Communications with the host were excellent. The few questions we had ahead of time were answered promptly.A very nice vacation. Thanks so much for the great time.

The decor is dated, and I'm glad nobody had to sleep in the 2nd "bedroom", but my stay here was very good.

Thanks Christine. Yes, we're aware it's a bit dated in there. We have mentioned to the owner it's time for some upgrades. :) The 2nd "Bedroom" as advertised is NOT a "bedroom" per se... which is why this unit is listed as a 1 bedroom. However, it's quite convenient for those needing the extra space who can't afford a true 2 Bedroom. :) Glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks!!

Great location

The apartment is well located, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The manager is great at communicating and quickly sent a repairman to fix a small repair that was needed. The bed is super comfortable. There is a hole in the ceiling above the sliding glass door that really should be repaired.

The owners should be ashamed of how stinky that unit has become. I mean downright smelly, like an old man's armpit. That couch - I couldn't even sit on it. Did they even bother to put the guest linen on the bed? I don't think so, and the mattress reeked just like the couch of stinky old man. They should sell now and let the next owners breathe some much needed life into that gorgeous unit and give all that tired, crusty furniture a one-way ticket to the dumpster. Otherwise, what a perfect location with immaculate grounds and backyard access to the beach. That unit should sell in an instant or at least get new furniture in there with fresh bedding.
