We’ve consistently received very positive feedback about the bed and bedding! We invested in a premium mattress and high-quality bedding because great sleep is something we value immensely — perhaps even more than a great meal! This isn’t a tired or dated unit either. The space was thoughtfully designed by an interior designer, with details like custom wallpaper and carefully selected high-end linens, pillows, and bedding throughout. The bathroom has also been upgraded with a walk-in shower, which is a feature many units do not offer. I also looked back through our communications to see whether there had been any concerns or indications that we could have addressed during your stay, as we always want the opportunity to make things right when possible. Our interactions had been very positive, and we were also happy to accommodate an early check-in for your reservation — several hours before the standard check-in time. Were you perhaps hoping for a more upscale kitchen design? We personally love ours — it’s charming, functional, and works beautifully within the space. Another thing guests appreciate about the Sun Suites is the value they offer. They are among the most affordable places to stay on the island, and with the discounts available through our rental, your stay came to just over $100 per night — allowing guests to enjoy a thoughtfully designed and amenity-filled vacation experience at an exceptional value.

We were the only Sunsuite with a split unit installed, that could have changed in the last year, but it does provide great temperature and humidity controls. Thanks for noticing the cleaning.
