This apartment was in an amazing location

This apartment was in an amazing location. Walkable to all the main sights of the city as well as restaurants and shopping. The check in process was smooth and the communication before and during our stay was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of five adults. Air conditioning worked well and there was a small elevator to help with the luggage.

This property is amazing! The apartment is beautiful and the location is wonderful. The owner left wine, biscuits and toiletries for us. I would definitely stay here again. This is a fabulous property!

Overall a nice place to stay in Florence

Overall a nice place to stay in Florence. The classic style decoration and furniture is in tune with the city. There are a lot of rooms and enough beds for a big family. The location is ideal: in the beating heart of Firenze, close to everything, restaurants, shops, and museums. The only downside is the size of the kitchen, if you intend to cook. But not enough to spoil the trip.

We loved the apartment

We loved the apartment. It was beautifully decorated. The host left wine, cookies and bathroom amenities. Everything was great. I would definitely stay here again. I feel positive about Summer In Italy. I like reading the newsletters.

Enjoyed our stay at Appartamento Convivio

Enjoyed our stay at Appartamento Convivio. It is in an excellent location that is close to everything in historic Florence. The apartment is quiet and everything was in working order. It seems to be a bit smaller in person compared to the photos on the website but it worked fine for us. The bathrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment. The second bathroom is next to the bedroom with the two single beds, the other bathroom is next to the two bedrooms with the matrimonial beds.

In the center of Firenze

This appartment is very well situated (you can do most of Firenze on foot from there, and there are lots of cafés and restaurant around), easy to find, and on the 1st floor wich was a good thing for the elderlies. Some of us did like the classical style of decoration but some of us thought it was a bit kitsch and too overwhelming. Though there are many rooms and beds, the appartment gives an overall impression of being quite small : the kitchen is tiny, and the living room is a bit crowded with furniture. If you do not intend to spend a lot of time inside, it is really not an inconvenience, but we happened to have rain during our entire stay wich made us stay home more than we wished. Other negative points : the couch and chairs in the living room all need to be re-strawed because they are not confortable to use at all, even with cushions. Please do something about that. The center table is dangerous (the glass is not fixed to the stand). And lastly, the garbage bins are situated just in front of the appartment so every other day the trucks would be there at 7, waking up the ones who sleep on the mezzanine. (the other rooms are further away from the street so its ok). Appart from that, the place is quiet enough, situated in a small street, you can hear in the background the buzz of the crowd in the main street, but it's not annoying. Overall a good experience.
