Ce condo 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain est une unitĂ© finale oĂč le propriĂ©taire vient de rafraĂźchir le condo avec de la peinture fraĂźche et des meubles. Condo est livrĂ© avec une cuisine moderne complĂšte, a / c dans la chambre, grande vĂ©randa, et avons-nous mentionnĂ© la vue? Étant une unitĂ© finale, notre invitĂ© s'imprĂšgnera d'une vue Ă  180 degrĂ©s Ă  partir des montagnes Ko'olau et se fondra dans l'ocĂ©an bleu profond du Pacifique! Sentez-vous Ă  la maison avec la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble HD, Internet haut dĂ©bit GRATUIT et mais Ă  la limite de Waikiki et Ala Wai, ce qui le rend plus isolĂ© mais assez proche pour faire l'expĂ©rience de la "City Life" de Waikiki. Il se trouve Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de la cĂ©lĂšbre plage de Waikiki. (PAS de climatisation dans le salon, la chambre UNIQUEMENT !!)

L'emplacement est parfait (445 Seaside Avenue)! Marchez jusqu'au Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center en 5 minutes environ et au marché international récemment rénové en 5 à 7 minutes environ. Toutes les meilleures plages de Waikiki sont à seulement quelques minutes à pied!
Faites une baignade rafraßchissante dans la piscine extérieure ou détendez-vous dans le sauna et le spa à jets. Entraßnez-vous rapidement au gymnase avant de nager aussi!

DĂ©couvrez le plaisir et le soleil, la nourriture et la vie nocturne, et "The View" avec beaucoup d'Aloha ici Ă  la colonie de l'Ăźle.

Les couchages sont pratiques avec une reine dans la chambre et 2 canapés-lits pour une personne supplémentaire. Il y a une grande climatisation dans la chambre, qui pourrait refroidir tout le condo, mais il n'y a pas de climatisation dans le salon.

It was nice, but the shower water goes hot/cold constantly and the decor was a little bland. We come here to visit our Son, so it is more of a functional trip, and I would certainly stay here again.

Everything you need to have a good time in Honolulu

Cross-breezes with balcony door and windows open allowed me 2 weeks without an air conditioner which was amazing! Incredible location and amenities, fully functional kitchen, although a little oddly arranged. Comfy bed, plenty of towels and sheets and supplies! Gorgeous views! Would highly recommend!

The apartment was in a perfect location with enough amenities in kitchen and bathrooms with a great view in the balcony and the big windows. The apartment was very cleaned and comfy. Just parking is not good. But we still enjoyed the stay.

Great people, great service, issue with hot water for families with small children

Let me sum it up from the title. Great people, great condo, did not have a dishwasher, but who cares on vacation. The kitchen faucet was leaking. It was replaced immediately. Only issue for families with small children. The hot water in the building fluctuates from cold to searing hot. Our family was able to adjust when this happened. You might wish to keep on eye on younger kids when they are bathing.

What we needed

The bed was clean and so were the futon/couches. Amenities arent a high priority for us, so the space provided what we needed. The bathroom needs an upgrade, but that is okay. The cold and hot were fighting each other so the water kept going really hot, mid, then cold. If you want to take a bath, this is not yhe space for you. Overall the space was nice.

Great location but everything else just okay

This place wasn't the worst place you could stay but I wouldn't stay here again. The location was the best part about this place. It was like a 15 minute walk at the most to anywhere you wanted to be, so that was really nice. It is advertised as "professionally sanitized" but when we arrived, there were layers of dust built up on things and there was stuff on the walls. It wasn't terribly dirty, just not as clean as I was expecting with the way it is advertised. The shower is absolutely horrible, it runs scolding hot and then will switch to freezing cold in an instant; which was mentioned in previous reviews and they said they would be fixing it but hadn't. The bed was totally uncomfortable, very springy and hard. And the communication was also lacking a bit. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place but it's not bad if you're low on options.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front desk told me 3 different things about the work out gym at the facility. Turns out to be cash only and only said that last minute never advertised it when checking in. The shower in the Airbnb itself does not work well. Water fluctuates between burning hot and ice cold but there’s a sweet spot of warm water but it doesn’t stay for long. The back door barley closes you basically have to pick the door up from the bottom and slide it across the whole thing and it makes a god awful sound

Good location but lacking some bonus items

We stayed here in June and it was a great location. You do need to figure in $40 a day in parking to your overall cost and there are no real alternative places to park if you rent a car. Easy walking distance to the beach and all of downtown Waikiki. It was clean and had AC as well as lots of large windows for tradewinds. I wish it had some basic spices and more than one pan to cook it, but there was a rice maker and plenty of pots. Other places I have stayed also typically have a cooler and some other swim gear but this particular unit does not. We bought some and left it there. Other than those nits, it is a good deal and much better than a hotel if you want to eat healthier with a full kitchen.

Overall a simple place to stay with sound infrastructure and was as expected. Kitchen did not come with many amenities (nor utensils, pots, pans), but it is not a show stopper. Centrally located; 5 minute walk to the Waikiki; having AC was good. Faucet in tub was broken (constantly dripping), but we made it work.
