Shops, restaurants, and other conveniences are also located right on property.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: A major exterior painting and spalling repair project is scheduled from July 2025 through April 2027, with construction noise daily from 8am–5pm. This unit's lanai is scheduled to be closed December 22, 2026–January 5, 2027, but will be accessible each day after 5pm once work has finished for the day. Dates are subject to change without notice due to weather or unexpected delays.

PLEASE NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept studio with NO wall or door separating the sleeping area from the living area.

To guarantee an early check-in, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, check-in is guaranteed by 5PM.

No pets, no parties, and no smoking/vaping (including on the lanai or in the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal and damage repair/replacement.
