Step into a world of comfort and elegance with this spacious condo, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with twin and full beds.

The condo includes two bathrooms, one with a sleek glass shower, ensuring ease and comfort. A washer and dryer, along with essentials like an iron and hairdryer, add convenience to your stay.

Hyde Beach House applies mandatory resort amenities fees to all reservations. These charges are not included in the room price. Charges may change between the time you booked and the date you check-in.

Mother’s Day Weekend 2021

Amazing view. Great location. Rooms were clean. No residual trash from previous guests as stated in some of the other reviews. No issues with communication with host/mgr. TV in the common area wasn’t working. Jenny (host contact) immediately got to work to remedy the issue. One suggestion: It would be great if guests were given early check ins or late checkout options for a reasonable fee - if it did not interfere with another booking. Our flight was changed to a 6pm departure. So we had to pay for an additional night although we were leaving the same day. A 4pm late check out fee of $100 would have been reasonable. So please consider your flight times when booking this property.

Hyde Beach House via Ammos Vacation Rentals

Terrible choice. Amongst the MANY issues we experienced with this substandard rental, I think the most important to mention is that for our entire 12 night stay- most elevators did not work in this 40 level building. That translated into us walking down 50+ flights of stairs multiple times with our children not to mention our elderly parents just couldn’t accompany us or had to wait up to 1hr to get onto the only working elevator. You can imagine what that did to any plans we had. We were also trapped in a packed elevator for 30 minutes with no help! The response from AMMOS vacation rentals? A box of 4 orange gummies to remedy the complete waste of vacation that we paid over 10K for. PASS

Great Views, Beware of Elevators

This is a very nice property. Upon arrival to the room there was some lack of cleanliness. We could tell the floor was not recently cleaned. There was stains on the couch and curtains. The a/c works well everywhere except the back guest room. We had to leave that door open to allow some circulation into that room as it got very hot. Check In took a while as there was only one person working at the front desk. In order to get a baggage cart you have to leave your ID at the front desk. There's a daily resort fee (which is disclosed in VRBO listing) that is worth it if you take advantage of the pool and beach amenities. Valet parking is $33 a day and the valet attendants are very nice. During our check out time on Sunday it was impossible to get an elevator. One of our party was able to run in a packed elevator and check us out. The rest of our party had to go down 28 flights of stairs. Now this is completely out of anyone's hands I guess. Just something to beware of. THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE

Fantastic, spacious, clean

This was a really great place to stay for a couple nights. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and had plenty of room and huge balconies. The staff was great. The elevators, unfortunately, took a long time. But that was my only real complaint. For the price the 3-bedroom was hard to beat.

Spacious and modern

Excellent apartment fora family vacation. The place is very spacious and modern. The wraparound balcony offers incredible views of the ocean and coastal way. The guest bathroom does suffer from very low pressure as mentioned by other guests. The same issue does not affect the master bathroom. The local is great. Easy access to restaurants and the beach is just across the street.

Nice place terrible customer service

The property was nice but smelled like cats. Upon arrival I texted “Jenny” to get a layout of what was owed before we arrived. Jenny would continuously read my message and never reply. When we arrived to the property I paid a deposit which was never explained to me. The resort fee was a day when I was told it would be another price a day. The following morning Ammos Vacation rentals then took an additional deposit out of my account. Ammos charged me a deposit on top of the resort also charging me a deposit. When contacting Ammos, they were only available vis text message. I asked for a phone call multiple times and no one ever reached out. Very unprofessional business.

Fair

At arriving there was empty bottles of beer in terrace and fridge was frozen and not closed, we needed to defrost it with hairdryer making a messs at the kitchen. Floors were not clean. I requested at least a cleaning fee waive but it was denied. Nice property Poorly managed.

very clean, beautiful view

The condo was just as pictured, very beautiful, spacious and clean. The view of the ocean and city was gorgeous and a perfect spot for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. We had a slight hiccup with our late check out request but the property manager worked very well with us in rectifying the mistake and returning the late check out fee.
