Magnifiquement rénové maison de ville avec vue directe sur l'océan pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Vue sur l'océan depuis le salon, le balcon et la chambre principale. Vue intracoastale de la 2ème chambre. L'unité est décorée sur le thème de la plage et entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant votre séjour. Les installations comprennent une cuisine entièrement équipée, un accès Internet sans fil, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge intégrés, 3 télévisions à écran plat avec lecteurs DVD / Blu Ray et un système de jeu Wii pour divertir les enfants après une longue journée de plaisir au soleil! Nous avons également des chaises de plage, un parapluie et des jouets de sable à utiliser pendant votre séjour.

À Summerhouse, nous avons 4 piscines à température régulée au choix sur la propriété, ce qui rend la baignade confortable toute l'année! Il y a également quatre courts de tennis, deux courts de racquetball et un terrain de pickleball. Nous avons deux zones de grillades et deux aires de jeux pour les enfants idéalement situées à chaque extrémité de la propriété. Notre espace commun autour des piscines est couvert d'herbe luxuriante et bien entretenue à quelques pas de la plage. Notre unité de location dispose d'un personnel de réception convivial et d'une maintenance sur place pour aider à résoudre rapidement tout problème s'il devait survenir. Nous avons une petite bibliothèque et une salle de sport disponibles pendant les heures normales de bureau pour votre commodité.

The perfect beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being able to watch the waves from both the Livingroom, balcony and master was delightful. Thanks to a rouge tornado this place was entirely remodeled a few years ago. All decor , flooring, kitchen, 3 baths are new and beautifully appointed. It is so clean and comfortable. Walking the beach for miles near the quiet end of the Island, swimming in the ocean or heated pool was so relaxing. You have to be comfortable with stairs. Not handicapped accessible if needed.

SUMMERHOUSE 130 AT CRESCENT BEACH

Everything was perfect. The location near Matanzas Inlet @ Crescent Beach was fantastic for beach combing, fishing and cycling. The resort was beautiful and extremely well kept. Its beach access and pools were very convenient. Condo 130 was very clean, the decor was very welcoming and beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the view from the unit & balcony was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again,

You can walk there. The beach is pristine. People are regulars and the ones who live there are very kind to travelers. Kid friendly. Great pools. Beach access is close to all condos.

Very clean and fresh

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was a perfect size for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, I just wish we realized the pool closest to our condo wasn't heated bc it was broken. Last few days we went a little further to one of the other pools on the property and I couldn't get the kids to get out of the pool. I also loved all the beach house decor, I could tell much thought was put into it.
