Une belle vue de cette vue sur l'océan 2 chambres / 2. 5 salles de bain maison de ville a de quoi dormir six. Il y a une salle de bain bien située en bas. Il est meublé d'un lit king, de deux lits jumeaux et d'un canapé-lit. Il y a deux téléviseurs et un lecteur DVD. Cuisine entièrement équipée. L'unité a une laveuse / sécheuse et son propre accès Internet pour enregistrer votre téléphone sur les données. APPELS GRATUITS AU MEXIQUE, AU CANADA, AU PORTO RICO ET PARTOUT AUX ÉTATS-UNIS Chez Summerhouse, nous avons 4 piscines à température contrôlée parmi lesquelles choisir, ce qui permet de nager toute l'année à l'aise! Il y a également quatre courts de tennis, deux courts de racquetball et un terrain de pickleball. Nous avons deux zones de grillades et deux aires de jeux pour les enfants idéalement situées à chaque extrémité de la propriété. Notre espace commun autour des piscines est couvert d'herbe luxuriante et bien entretenue à quelques pas de la plage. Notre unité de location dispose d'un personnel de réception convivial et d'une maintenance sur place pour aider à résoudre rapidement tout problème s'il devait survenir. Nous avons une petite bibliothèque et une salle de sport disponibles pendant les heures normales de bureau pour votre commodité.

The most relaxing beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse is the best place to stay if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach with your family. The grounds are neatly manicured and the pool is cleaned to perfection every day. It is obvious the outside grounds crew takes pride in their work. They pressure washed walkways, edged, and frequently straightened up in the pool area. All rooms are close to pool and beach so you can easily run up to your room whenever you need to. The view from our balcony was beautiful and there was a table and chairs for four people out there. Our condo needs some updating, (Paint, carpet replaced, bathrooms, updated decor) but it was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We already booked a condo at Summerhouse for 2022. I highly recommend it!

Reviewer Comments: Loved the pools and ocean, but TV was useable at the beginning and no TV in the guest bedroom. cleaning cost too high, where the cleaner gets only $16/hour. $45 damage fee is absurd, before damage is done or no damage is done at-all.

220 Beach Vacation

It was comfortable and clean with plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped. It was great to have heated pools to swim in and the water aerobic class was fun. There were lots of activities and one potluck that was delicious and a great opportunity to get to know other guests. The proximity to the beach was perfect, we went on many beach walks and did some fishing too, but not catching. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony too.

Great!

With just a few reviews on VRBO , we weren't sure what to expect. Overall, we were pleased and would book here again. Check in was easy and the front office staff was very friendly. The property is well kept and quiet. ample parking, beach access is great. Conveniently located to several parks/preserves, a little more of a drive to grocery and Downtown Historic St. Augustine, but we knew that going in. Just a few minor maintenence points (baths light bulbs were out, and a table lamp out) with the unit but it was well appointed and tastefully decorated; I would absolutely consider staying here again.
