Beach stay

We loved the location and access to the heated pool. There were several restaurants within walking distance of the rental. The property also had some items to use at the beach such as beach towels, a cooler, chairs, and boogie boards. The property was comfortable and well cared for. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay in a great location

The property was very clean and just as advertised. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants, and only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Saint Augustine. The beach chairs and towels were a nice added touch. Island donuts is just around the corner and great. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo on the beach.

This condo was beautiful, just as shown in the pictures and the location was perfect - steps from the beach! The property owners were very responsive and helpful and that made our stay even better. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we’re town.

Beach location and heated pool

Apartment had everything we needed, including washer and dryer and even beach towels. Very convenient to walk out to the pool entrance right from the patio. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and short walk to the pier playground/spray ground via the beach. Several restaurants and a convenience store also in walking distance.

Perfect condo in the best location

My family had a great vacation here, we even stayed an extra day. We were able to walk out on the beach right out the back door! Many restaurants within 2 blocks but we also cooked a few meals. Kitchen is well equipped. Very comfortable living room and bedrooms, made it easy to relax. Communication with Robb was excellent, very accommodating. We will book again next time back in town.

This property is everything it appears to be. Super location only steps from the pool and a few steps from the ocean. The woman in the office was extremely kind and helpful. We walked across the street for meals. I would definitely go back most enjoyable.

Loved it!

It was perfect for my mother, I and her friend. I wanted my mother to be able to visit with her lifelong friend while she could. My mother has since passed away and I have great memories to cherish.
