Oceanfront 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain maison de ville. Il est meublé d'un lit king dans la chambre principale, de deux ensembles de lits superposés dans la chambre d'amis et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a trois téléviseurs, trois DVD et un magnétoscope. Tous les planchers de tuiles en bas, tapis à l'étage. N'accepte pas les réservations pour moins d'une semaine. Parfait pour les familles. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. L'unité a une laveuse / sécheuse et son propre accès Internet pour enregistrer votre téléphone sur les données.

Room with a view that you just can't beat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We escaped a cold NY winter and couldn't be happier with this location and the friends we made at Summerhouse. We're already looking forward to escaping again next winter. From the balcony, the entire main floor, and the master bedroom you can see and hear the beautiful ocean without even leaving the unit. We can't wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived from our flight, we got a call from Summerhouse Rentals switching our reservation because our rental had roaches. The rental we ended up with also had roaches, the downstairs toilet didn’t work, one of the two upstairs toilets stopped working and the linens on the bed weren’t cleaned before we occupied our rental.

better options for the money, 1st time in this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, but the condo needs work. The master shower doors were corroded. There were bugs, that most likely came in from doors being open at night from previous guest. The bugs were the kind that swarm to lights at night. We were careful to keep the doors shut or screens at least. they seemed to gather in the master bathroom. We were able to kill most of them and more did not return. Unfortunately, the unit was not very clean on arrival. We have come every year (in other units) for many years and this was the first time it was not up to par. The kitchen cabinets under the sink looked like a bomb went off. Pots and pans just thrown in there any which way. There was a broom, but a smaller cordless vacuum like a shark or dyson would have been nice. The tile has deep grout sweeping was a pain and the vacuum is giant, smelly and upstairs. It had not been emptied prior to our visit. Aesthetically speaking, none of the floors match. (no biggie to us, but for the money some may prefer a nicer unit) Upstairs, stairs, and bottom floor are all different. The toilets and sinks were clean, thank God. There were not enough towels in the unit and the beds did NOT have waterproof coverings. In all the years we have stayed (in other units) the beds have all had protective coverings so that was weird and kind of gross. We did like that front door also had a screen door that locked. Good for a nice breeze on a nice day. It has bunk two sets of bunk beds in the other room (4 total) that's awesome. One of the rails on the top bunk was a little wiggly so be careful with the littler kids. However, for the view and the balcony and the closeness to the pool and beach, it is not a bad unit. Just could use some love. I would rent again if its cleaner, beds were covered, and no bugs! I feel like housekeeping had to have noticed them.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To use the word “disappointing’ would be an understatement. The AC went out day 2 of our 10 day stay. Notified the rental office on a daily basis. Never fixed! Utensils literally had old food on them. Wine glasses in cabinet had lipstick marks. Bugs and ants in kitchen. Washer and dryer extremely old and outdated. Leaked when used. Everything in the unit was extremely outdated
