This condo is beautiful with many thoughtful details. The ground floor storage room is great for storing beach chairs and toys. Libby was a very responsive and helpful host.

Nice Place!

We really enjoyed staying here. This is truly a unique property with balconies and water views from the front and back of the property. Libby communicated with us well and was a great host!

Amazing vacation

This vacation home was clean and comfortable. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. I absolutely love St. Augustine! I hope to visit again and would love to stay in this unit.

Great relaxing place steps from the beach!

This pretty condo was a great place to spend a week with our new grandbaby! So close to the beach you can hear the waves. The sunrise from one balcony and sunset on the other was most awesome!

Windjammer Condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Windjammer 305. It was clean, and had beautiful views from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the fishing dock across the street as a guest amenity. We would definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful vacation

The absolute best thing about this property was all the beach equipment at our disposal. You could easily fly here and still have everything you need for the beach including the cart to carry it in!

Full access to the 305 storage shed for guests is a great amenity and we go through the storage unit after every summer season (beach items tend to have a short but HAPPY life) to replace and update beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, bocce balls, pickle ball, and beach cart. Guests also leave for future guests other beach items which they found handy to have and we also provide a small cooler, beach bag and beach towels. Of course, there are numerous stores to purchase additional beach items if needed but we have found that guests such as you appreciate not having to bring the items with them or run to the store to get them before using our beautiful Crescent Beach. What an amazing week! Libby's condo is even more beautiful than depicted in the pictures. Breathtaking views of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway, so no shortage of picture ops! The condo is stocked with everything you need to make your stay perfect! We can't wait to return!

Love this property - it is always our first choice. Having the ocean front and inlet front balconies is such a plus. Sunrise and Sunset.

Truly the most equipped and beautiful place we’ve stayed and we travel a lot

From the second we arrived Libby’s condo was welcoming and well stocked not to mention it was beautifully located on both the beach in front and water way in back. We loved playing pickleball each evening after dinner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the beach - towels, umbrellas, chairs etc.

Summer beach trip

We loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was perfect for our family with three children. We loved being able to easily get to the beach, fish on the dock, swim in the pool. The condo was better than the pictures and Libby is a wonderful hostess! We will be back!

My husbands teases me but I am always trying to add or change up things about at our rental condo or add sonething that a guest has suggested. As mentioned, this year’s fall upgrade is new polywood balcony 2 square dining tables and 8 arm chairs all rail height. Delivery in the Fall if 2022. The views of ocean and the ICW & A1A were amazing. (Love 2 balconies) The most relaxing beach vacation ever. The location is incredible. Beautiful uncrowded beach, and minutes frm all that St. Augustine has to offer. Hope to stay here again.
