~A short driving distance to lots of hiking trails in the National Park, ATV or UTV trails and crystal rock mining.

***PLEASE NOTE: A NEST ABOVE home is located on top of the hill with appx. 400 ft of large, mature trees between the home and lake giving the home lots of privacy but does block the lake view from the home. The lakefront is accessible from the home through the walk path or drive by the private road.

~Three “Smart” TVs located in the living room, dining/sitting room (with Atari gaming console and hookups if you want to bring your own gaming system) and in the master bedroom.
~Sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom and a full XL sofa bed in the living room.

LAKEFRONT:
~Hang out at the Lake Hut for extra shade while dining and/or watching the sunset!
~Relax around the second fire pit.
~Full access to a private boat ramp to launch your boat, jet skis, kayaks or canoes.
~Boat dock on the adjoining property (shared with owners) that is available for your use.
~Shallow, sandy swimming area that is perfect to put out some chairs & wade in the water or for kids to play.
~With 375 feet of lake shoreline, there is plenty of room to swim, fish and watch the sunset!
~Water stays cool year round since we are only a few miles from the Blakely dam where they generate the water.
~Bring your boat/water toys or take our kayaks or canoe out for a fun water excursion!

***PLEASE NOTE: Entergy Corp. draws down the lake 3-5 feet in November and raises it back in March. Because we are on the main channel where there is water, you are able to continue to use the kayaks and canoe.***

We provide our kayaks and canoe as a complimentary amenity to our guests.

We do not allow target practice shooting at the property out of respect for our neighbors and wildlife.
