Privacy & Seclusion w/ hot tub - on 10 acres, minutes from Trails and Downtown

Our cozy home is located on 10 secluded rural acres. You can experience wildlife on the wrap around porch, or go exploring in the woods. This is a perfect place for a romantic get-away or bring the whole family. There is plenty of grassy meadow for the kids to run around. Unlimited internet access allows for zoom meetings during the day and the 2 person Hot Tub provides relaxation at night.
It's on the same road as the Northwoods Trail system and only a few minutes from downtown Hot Springs. It's close to all conveniences but if you decide to stay in then you can cook dinner on the charcoal grill or a meal in the Kitchen.
This place is peaceful with plenty of privacy.

This is a pet-friendly property. We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A pet fee applies per stay. Please pick up after your pet and keep them off furniture and bedding. Do not leave pets unattended indoors unless crated.

This was a great place to get away. The wife and i had a great time. About 10 mins from downtown and its still secluded. We plan on coming dack here to stay again. The host was very prompt with answering any questions that we might have had.

Such a cute place to stay. Very clean!!! Perfect space for a girls trip. The hot tub was perfect temp, the stay was close to everything while still being just outside of the old downtown portion of Hot Springs, host was great, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Absolutely recommend!!

The house was spotless. Great views and the property was in a great location. Just far enough from town that it was quiet but still close enough that the drive back to town wasn’t far. Would definitely recommend!

Great house!

We loved our stay here. For all of our adventures, it took us no more than 20-30 minutes to get to where we needed to be. There are tons of great places to eat within 5-10 minutes. The house is very clean, well stocked with supplies and the beds are comfortable. We didn’t cook much while we were there but I noticed lots of nice cookware and a crockpot. I needed to reach out to the host while there because of a problem on my end (not anything to do with the house) and he responded very quickly. Our kids loved all the fun yard games. Thanks for a great stay!

Very quiet and secluded with elbow room for a relaxing vacation but still only 10-15 minutes from downtown. The guided app provided before check-in with tons of good info was very helpful. The house is definitely not new, but it was clean inside and well-equipped with most of what we needed to cook meals. It is a little quirky and pretty small so it could be a challenge for multiple families, but worked fine for our family of 4. Our 2 boys enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms which gave them some quiet, private space of their own. The back deck is lovely for some peaceful morning time. And the hot tub and fire pit would have been nice if it weren't nearly 100F every day. But the best part...our big, black lab was welcome there!

Can’t wait to come back!

We had the best time at this house. We enjoyed the space and the beautiful land it’s on. We loved seeing deer and making s’mores. We came for a dance competition and the location was perfect. We appreciated everything that was provided and the host was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Heavenly Honeymoon

The Cooper House was a magical place to spend our honeymoon and offered everything we needed in a home nestled in the tranquil woods. Hosts were very helpful. Hot tub was divine. 10/10 would stay again!
