Treetop Lucerne Chalet Mountain Views & Downtown Asheville, Dog Friendly

Ce n'est pas une nouvelle location de vacances, mais plutÎt une nouvelle société de gestion de locations de vacances qui l'a reprise. Les anciens propriétaires de la société de gestion ont pris leur retraite aprÚs de nombreuses années de succÚs au Chalet de Lucerne. Nous sommes trÚs heureux d'avoir l'une des meilleures maisons de vacances à louer à Asheville dans notre portefeuille!

Lucerne Chalet est l'un de nos chalets les plus spacieux du centre-ville d'Asheville. Il dispose de deux chambres, d'une salle de bains et demie et est idéalement situé à seulement CINQ minutes du centre-ville éclectique et groovy d'Asheville, du South Slope, du River Arts District, du Blue Ridge Parkway, de la New Belgium Brewery, du Biltmore Estate et bien plus encore.

Niché dans la cime des arbres, vous pouvez admirer les montagnes depuis le porche fermé et vous promener dans le quartier calme avec votre chien. Installez-vous confortablement jusqu'au foyer au gaz du salon.

Nice property for a long weekend. Very well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a little difficulty finding it the first time. Try to arrive in the daylight!

Really enjoyed the Chalet. Just a few minor issues . We drove our F 150 up there and it got scratched up a lot with all the low hanging branches. Hard to sleep on your orthopedic mattresses.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at our stay in Asheville. So convenient to downtown, Uber drivers super helpful and quick to get us where we needed to go. The facilities are wonderful. The home is spread out with ease of access to everything in the kitchen and anything we could’ve needed was there for us. So beautiful and peaceful in the evenings and mornings, gorgeous scenery!! The hosts Darlene and Ron are super amazing people and so responsive. And of course, downtown Asheville never disappoints with amazing shopping and food. Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed in this unit for 2 weeks and loved the unit and location. Very convenient to downtown and to the interstates. Very nice tree top setting. Once we navigated the winding roads, it was a non-issue.

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we come to Asheville. It is very private, feels like you are in a tree house yet it is right off Tunnel Road and the Freeway near downtown Asheville. An Ingles and Starbucks is just down the hill only 10 minutes away. Lyft had no trouble finding us even though we initially got lost when we first checked in. The house is only 20 minutes from Biltmore Estate.The house is immaculate. There are two nice sized bedrooms, with very firm mattresses. One bedroom has a small closet sized half bath with a sink and toilet. There is one full bathroom with a great shower.The kitchen is completely stocked. You can basically cook anything you want to as it has everything you could need for cooking a full meal. We didn't cook at all but it was nice that it is available.The layout is open concept, with a nice sized dining table and a great couch and smart TV.The host is a great communicator, when we texted her we always got a reply within minutes.

The chalet was in a great location for getting around Asheville! The road is a bit tricky the first time getting to the chalet, but once you know which turns to make, a piece of cake! Sitting out on the porch at night and in the morning was very relaxing and a great way to start and end the day!

Asheville for three night concert series

Very close to downtown with many dining options close by, but a feel of being in the mountains. Quiet setting and very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place & Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! It is located on a mountain around other chalets, and it feels woodsy, yet, everything in Asheville is minutes away. I was involved in a conference at the downtown Embassy Suites and was there every morning in 10 minutes or less. Likewise the party places around Asheville were all minutes away. The house is well-equipped and the manager was readily accessible. Great place!

Bob and Lynn are from the Blue Grass state of Kentucky. They have visited Asheville for over thirty years. They fell in love with Asheville upon their very first visit.

They always stayed at the same home - Lucerne Chalet. So, when the owner decided to retire and sell the home Bob and Lynn rushed to purchase it.

We at WNC Realty & Rentals were very fortunate to be asked to manage this home as well as the Matterhorn Chalet (also listed here on Vrbo) for them.

After many years of owning various homes at the coast, Bob and Lynn jumped at the chance to purchase their dream homes - Lucerne and Matterhorn Chalets. They visit Asheville four or five times a year and they say they are sad to have to leave.
