Best place in Town

The property was clean well organized and in a great location. The owner was amazing. She made sure to make us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a heart of a loving place the hard rock Casino is about 10 minutes from the place in Chico State University is about 35 to 40 minutes, which makes it great to have access to Chico in other surrounding cities

Great stay

This was our first time in a VRBO and I was a little nervous. Our host made the process really easy and the place was so clean that fear was put at ease. One thing I didn't see listed is that there are 2 gated parking spaces which is a really nice addition. We stayed for a Toyota amphitheater concert and it was a great location for that. All in all we really enjoyed the stay.

Nice place, location not as great!

Location is in a bit if a run down area. Lots of trabsients in the area, some obviously suffering from mental illness. Got woke up in the middle of the night by one of them banging on trash cans or some other type of metal. That being said the place itself was great, rooms were great, secured parking, easy in and out. Misha was very accomodating andceasy to work with.

Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first.

Great Stay

Great location, home big and clean, parking area is limited in size. There was only 1 other vehicle there while we stayed so our Suburban was able to fit but if there were more than that we wouldn't have fit. Would like to have check out information either emailed from the host or left in the home. I had to go out to the actual listing to find the check out information under house details.

Nice place to stay

This place was perfect for 3 adults attending a concert at the toyota amphitheater. About a 20 minute drive to the concert. The rental was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but nice. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy when we arrived in the dark of night, but turned out to be perfectly fine. The off street parking was great. Had an issue with a smoke detector battery, but it waa resolved ASAP. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Quick stay

Quick weekend stay while visiting Marysville. Easy to communicate with and no issues checking in or checking out. Had everything we needed and was just right for our purpose.
