Very Clean, and No smoking. 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms, Masteroom .house is a two-storied building in the heart of the city.. also has a television set, two sofa sets, and a dining table There are water filters. 2 parking places on the driveway. My house is very comfortable and I like it very much.

The house is great, large, just as described. I was shocked that there was no dishwasher – that was my fault for not noticing. Anybody renting here should know that a live agent is always available at Verbo for questions regarding extra charges from the homeowner.
The stove and kitchen cabinets were greasy, the oven was dirty, lots of mold in all but one shower. One shower door was broken and would not slide making it unusable.

It was ok the second living room the ceiling fan light was not working, the bedroom light was not working, backyard fire pit had cigarette buds, grass was not cut, the bedroom upstairs on the right my niece was having problem sleeping cause the bed was uncomfortable, but overall it was clean mister Reyes responds quickly when we had a problem.

Huge house in great neighborhood. If you like to stay cool in a hot area, this is the place. In town for a wedding, place has all you need. Close to downtown Marysville, nearby Wheatland.

Great house and set up for our girls night out, very close to the Toyota amphitheater for our concert. The house was a little dirty and there wasn’t enough towels also the kitchen is not very stocked for cooking. But overall great stay.

Location was great, house and neighborhood was quite in the evenings. Plenty of room for everyone. Almost everything is about 5 to 10 mins away. Highly recommended and will stay again. Thank you.

My stay at this property was amazing. The host is super accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure there are no hiccups during your stay. Place was really well maintained and parking was no issue whatsoever. 5 star experience indeed.

Marysville Thanksgiving

Hot water was not an issue. Plenty of space for our family of 7 adults. I like wash cloths for showering, so sorry there weren't any. Proximity to airport was great. Thanks for a great home for our Thanksgiving.

Big house but terrible hot water

House was fine to sleep in but there was almost no hot water. One person got a hot shower, the rest of us froze! For a house that sleeps so many, it was surprising that it could not handle more than one shower in a day.

Good not great

The property was poorly stocked, too few towels, wash cloths, plates, cups etc. The listing showed a hot tub and jetted bath tub as well as a BBQ but these items were not present. There was a fire pit in the back yard but no chairs or seating. The front door would auto lock at random intervals leaving people locked out. Many of the lights and outlets did not function. The water heater was either damaged or turned to an extremely low setting which meant showers and sinks were incapable of providing even warm water. The home and furnishings were nice but the property definitely needs attention.

Highly Recommend!

This home was even better than expected. Spacious, comfortable and great for our group in town for our son’s wedding! Cozy areas to sit and chat, 2 large table for eating or playing games, and a nice bright kitchen.

Church Youth Conference
