Beach Happy est une propriété semi-océanique, située à l'extrémité nord isolée d'Avon, NC. Beach Happy offre une vue parfaite à 360 ° sur l'océan Atlantique et Pamlico Sound. Le rez-de-chaussée de la propriété offre un parking couvert, pouvant accueillir plus de quatre véhicules sous la maison. De plus, l'établissement propose une douche extérieure, une table de nettoyage de poisson et un barbecue dans le parc. Beach Happy est 2 histoires, assis à plus de 20 pieds du sol. Juste en arrivant sur les lieux, nous avons Ă©tĂ© avisĂ©s qu’il n’y avait pas de draps de lit, ni de serviette. La propriĂ©taire nous a prĂȘtĂ© des draps mais aurait prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© que nous achetions des draps. Brenda aurait voulu que nous lavions les serviettes et draps mais nous l'avons appris qu'aprĂšs notre dĂ©part. Bref, ça s'est quand mĂȘme bien dĂ©roulĂ©. Brenda est facilement rejoignable sur portable. L'emplacement est super et la maison assez grande et accueillante.

Excellent location, very clean, with fabulous ocean and sound views! Truly just a few steps to the beach access, with a wide, clean beach that was nearly empty during our stay. We also spent plenty of time enjoying the newly refurbished upper deck and new deck chairs. Brenda was helpful and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Beach Happy. Very conveniently located to the beach and the attractions of Avon. It was great to be able to see both the sound and ocean from the house. Great spaces for kids to stay entertained. An excellent family beach house. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

House was charming and cozy. Check in process was very smooth. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Kitchen very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was just steps from the beach and the views were stunning! Brenda was very responsive beginning the day we booked the vacation until we left. Wish we could have stayed another week. We’re looking forward to returning next year!!

We loved this house!!! Very spacious for our family of 7. The views from all sides of the house were beautiful! The beach was very wide and was not crowded, a lot of open space. Brenda was fantastic to communicate with and made me feel at home in her house. We hope to be back next year!

Best birthday present

I spent 2 weeks at Beach Happy, celebrating my 50th birthday with some close friends. It was a fantastic experience! The house was equipped with any and every thing we wanted or needed during our stay. This was my second time staying at this property, and I have every intention of spending my next OBX trip Beach Happy!

Loved the location! House was very clean throughout when we arrived. Brenda was very easy to communicate with and very prompt in replying when we had a question. Good family house, location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was a great place for our family with plenty of space for all. Kitchen was well stocked for all types of cooking. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. Nice outdoor shower. The outside furniture has been well loved and could use some updates.

Spring break family trip

Property was as advertised. House was clean and had plenty of room for our group. Kids loved the game room and all of the games, basketball goal was a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed and grocery store was not far away. Would stay there again.

Amazing stay at BEACH HAPPY

Second trip staying at this home and great experience both occasions. Perfect house location with grocery and bait shops close while also being central located between north and south beaches. Communication with the host Brenda is always stellar from beginning to end of the trip. Would highly recommend BEACH HAPPY!

A Beautiful Experience

I stayed at Beach Happy the week of October 12th through 19th, 2024. The house is beautiful and the pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. I truly felt as if I was a guest in a relative’s house. The decor is perfect, with personal touches that make everything seem special. The kitchen is very well stocked and provided all you would need to prepare food for any size gathering. The refrigerator/freezer pushed out ice 24/7 and is new. The are multiple areas to sit and eat with great views all around. The family room/living area is decorated with some of the most comfortable furniture I have ever sat on. The beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and are very clean and bright. The beach is very close and probably one of the best beaches in the outer banks. The decks are all around the house and you will have great views of sunrises and sunsets every day. The best aspect of my trip was the communications with the owner, Brenda. She is a star in my book! From helping me when I missed a road getting there, to making sure I was a “Beach Happy” resident every day of my stay, words cannot say enough. Brenda has a personal touch that you do not often receive when you do a rental, whether VRBO, or others. She was essential to my perfect vacation! I hope this review helps others in knowing what a great find this home and Brenda truly are! Thanks, Ron in Virginia

Tough Owner, great location

The owner only gave short answers to all of our questions and didn't answer all the question we asked. The code they gave us didn't work so we had to use their hideakey to get in. The house is nice and in a great location. It was nice for a couple families to share. There are a ton of stairs which makes things hard when you have little kids. The owner contacted us midweek about the house and seemed to have been watching us. After check out, we were harassed about minor cleaning items that needed to be done.

Excellent stay

The house was exactly as pictured. Super comfortable, clean, beautiful views. Beds were comfortable. Even with the unfortunate weather we enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the beach when it wasn’t raining. The home was well appointed and we needed nothing. Brenda was amazing and always easy to reach with an answer to any questions.

Two big wins!

This was our first family trip to the OBX and the first time we used VRBO (better later than never!) We can’t say enough about both! Brenda’s house was perfect for my husband, me and our triplet 13 yr old boys. Everyone had their own space to relax. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the proximity to the beach, which was amazing! The boys played a lot of basketball which was an added bonus! I loved having so many choices of where to sit outside and read with a great view! I told Brenda we can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic

This was our second year staying at Beach Happy, and it was again amazing! We LOVE that it's so close to the beach but in a safe cul de sac. The kids and adults loved playing in the game room! Brenda is a FANTASTIC host who communicates so well, and wants your vacation to be top notch. It is refreshing and wonderful to have someone so personable and sweet. We highly recommend Beach Happy!

Annual Avon Trip

We have been going to Avon annually since 1991- we have been house hoppin the last couple years looking for our new annual home. This place was above perfect for our needs- with four teens and significant others/friends- and us (late 40s/50s) it was super cozy for all of us. Avon gives you quiet sleepy town evenings and a quick drive up or down the island to excursions like mini golf, go cards, and zip lining. We were able to enjoy sunrise and sunset from the top deck as the sound and ocean are both viewed from this home. Can’t ask for a better family vacation.

Great location for a beach getaway!

We had a great week at Beach Happy! We had two teens, one tween, and 5 adults and we had plenty of room. Kitchen was great for cooking simple meals for all of us, it was a short walk to the beach and to several restaurants. It was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful week-long stay at Beach Happy

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. I was close to the ocean and close to the sound, and the spot was very quiet. The house had everything we needed, particularly in the kitchen. I really liked the decor. A lot of times, rental homes will either have very few decorations or lots of things that you would not want to look at, but if I were buying this house I would want all the decorations to convey with the sale. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was conveniently located on an upper level outdoor porch. We would happily stay here again.
