Great location! Have to bring a lot of your own stuff but place held ten people for us and we were in FH3 so we had diving board and slide on second row at Springs Dock.

Since COVID, we provide a freshly washed blanket per bed for every new check in. All our guests bring their own sheets and towels. That’s part of the price for being on the water instead of next to the water. Our washers are small. We also provide lots of pillow slips for all our extra pillows, kitchen linens, hand towels and wash clothes. It was a pleasure watching your boys play on the pedal boats and kayaks. They were so happy and had such good manners. I even had a neighbor in the back tell me how respectful and kind they were when they were paddling back there. GOOD BOYS!!

The boathouse was fantastic and the host was right there. She was extremely nice and checked on us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We will rent again. Loved it

Just Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience staying on a floating house. We had the best time and Mary was super sweet making sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!!

Very very impressed with the property and the host of this property. When we go to Norris, which is every year, we will always return to this host and their places. They are the best by far.

Fun 4 night stay right on the water

The floating house was a first for us. Having the clear water available for a quick swim off the diving board/slide and fishing from the covered area made it so nice and different than previous lake trips. So much better than a houseboat. We were concerned that we'd be too close to other houses, but once there it didn't feel that way at all. The home itself was well furnished, clean, and had everything we needed.

Floating House that has it all!

We were so pleasantly surprised to find so many 'water toys' that we could use when we arrived at our floating house. Mary truly has thought of everything that you might need or want! She even called us to let us know of a potential traffic backup on our way to the property. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you! We love seeing other families enjoy the lake and our happy places! When our kids were small, my husband said we saved $100 a day in gas staying on the floating houses. The kids would play in the lake with the diving board, slide and toys for hours instead of always wanting to be running the boat.

We enjoyed our stay so very much . It was much more than we expected . Bob & Mary went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing . Great people , great houseboat . Many good memories were created . Too many amazing things to list so I’m just going to say we highly recommend this location & houseboat .

Great time on the lake

The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We loved being ON the lake with easy access to the boat and swimming right off the front porch. The kids made friends at another floating house nearby and used the provided paddleboat as go from house to house ;) Really fun!

Great property. Great agent/owner. Plenty of water toys for the kids. Very clean & spacious.

We had a great time. Great location near Springs Dock. Kids loved it. Adults loved it. Looked brand new. Spacious inside and outside. Great covered patio. We definitely hope to come back to this location.

Outstanding property

This floating house was amazing. Being able to tie up to the house and jump straight into the water was great. Everything was sparkling clean, and the house was well stocked. There were lots of nice bonuses with the house, and you could tell a lot of love and attention goes into the property.

July 4th weekend

The house was more than equipped- Everything was thought of! Kayaks, floats, the kitchen had everything! Mary was quick to respond and I feel we were pretty needy with information. We had the best time and the best location to watch the fireworks. Great experience!

Immaculate property, phenomenal time

The property is immaculately maintained and the property manager is first class. We had a phenomenal time while there and very much appreciated their hospitality.
