Three bedroom, two bathroom floating home located at Whitman Hollow Marina. Home of Froggies Patio Bar (best wings on the lake). Voted one of the best Marinas on the lake two years in a row! Classic cottage feel floating right on the water. NO STEPS to get in and swim all day long.

Plenty of space for 10 adults without feeling crowded. Two sets of SOLID wood double over double bunk beds and a Queen bed in the master suite. One full bathroom with tub and a 3/4 bathroom with a shower.

Great location for good flat water for water sports (GO WAKEBOARDING) or a short trip to several other marinas. Really close to Indian River and a 15-25 min boat ride to The Dam, Sequoia, and Stardust.

Ask about the Blue Line special for discount to active FOP and full time law enforcement officers.

House was fabulous and clean. Beds were nice and kitchen was well stocked and great for a large group. Internet worked great. However, wish we would have known there was no phone service in that area of the lake and TV had no cable or smart capabilities. Overall, perfect stay.

Awesome stay at Norris

We rented this house for a family reunion at Norris and it worked perfectly! Clean, spacious, lots of outdoor space! Plenty of boat parking and we love the Whitman Hollow Marina and Froggies Bar! Kids loved jumping off the 2 story dock! We will definitely rent here again in the future! Thanks Adam for the hospitality!

We LOVE this place. Everything is amazing... I think this was the 5th time we've stayed now!? Myself, my husband, my parents, and our two kids (now 5/7). Place is VERY well stocked, a fantastic outdoor space and the porch spaces are everything! The host and house manager are so friendly, address any concerns immediately, and make any issues during our stay a non-issue!Obviously, 10/10, will stay there again!!!The kids wear themselves out going up to the top deck to jump in for a swim! The younger has been doing it since he was just 3!!!

True Oasis!

This place has everything I wanted: peaceful lake setting, cooking pans & utensils, gas grill, indoor & outdoor seating, slide into the lake, paddle boat, kayak & plenty of room for 5 adults & a helpful host for my questions. Highly recommend you stay at The Donner at Norris Lake!

Unique and Relaxing “GetAway” Experience

Great getaway! Will return!

My wife and I work remote and the internet was fantastic! Also this has everything needed to cook some meals, if you aren't hanging out at the great Marina bar and grill, Froggie's! Quality of knives, cookware, sheets and towels...all felt very well thought out and focused on a great experience! Will definitely return!

Cool Experience

This was our first experience with a floating house, we have rented houseboats on other lakes in the past. It's like a bigger, nicer houseboat and you don't have to worry about generator fuel. lol. The jumping deck and slide kept the kids entertained nicely. The covered sitting areas were a blessing in the afternoon sun or when a rain shower would blow through. We had one little hiccup with access, but the owner and manager had it rectified before I could make my second trip to get the rest of our stuff from the car. Overall a great experience!

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION

This was an amazing family vacation. The floating house was incredibly homey and perfectly laid out. The owner was wonderful to work with and he responded promptly to my many, man questions. The property location was convenient to the marina and the neighbors were pleasant. I loved my mornings on the front porch and naps in the hammock on the covered deck. The kids spent hours jumping off the upper deck. The water was gorgeous and TN in June is perfect. We will definitely be back.

This is our second floating home that we have owned. We absolutely LOVE being on Norris Lake. We hope that we can share that experience with you by sharing our house.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We went from a smaller one bedroom floating home to this larger three bedroom, not only for the space but for the feel of it all. We love the knotty pine cottage feel along with having multiple large outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

NO STEPS TO THE LAKE. This is great on this body of water as most houses have a lot of steps to walk down to get to the lake and back to the house. Easily jump on board to grab another drink or snack. Kids will LOVE the slide and the upper deck to practice their backflips from.
