Un appartement de 2 chambres à coucher autonome avec cuisine; salon / salle à manger, salle de bains.
Le premier étage comprend la cuisine; l'Loung / salle à manger et la salle de bains
Sur le demi-escalier de façon, il ya une armoire
Au deuxième étage sont les deux chambres
La cuisine a un construit en plaque de cuisson électrique et four, micro-ondes, lave-linge; grille-pain; bouilloire électrique et une bonne gamme de vaisselle, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine, un sac isotherme de pique-nique avec une offre de pique-nique Ware est également fourni.
Salle de bains; salle de bain avec douche dans la baignoire. Un sèche-cheveux est fourni en sont toutes les serviettes et un pack de bienvenue de produits de toilette pour chaque client.
La chambre principale a un lit king size et il ya des placards; une table de chevet et lampe et une chaise de la chambre. Tout le linge est fourni - pour des séjours plus longs draps sont changés sur une base hebdomadaire.
La deuxième chambre est d'une bonne taille unique avec placard, une table de chevet et un fauteuil. Tout le linge est fourni - pour des séjours plus longs draps sont changés sur une base hebdomadaire.
Lounge; 40 "TV (TNT uniquement) et entièrement meublé avec des canapés et une table basse
Lieu pour manger; table à manger et 4 chaises équipées de couverts

Appartement @ 26 vise à présenter Arts & Crafts de partout dans la région. De l'art à la sculpture; L'ardoise napperons et même le savon de courtoisie ont tous une histoire à raconter et chaque fois que possible les détails seront inclus dans les invités Welcome Pack.
Situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et à environ 20 minutes de l'Université. Ceci est un appartement dans un bâtiment classé alors attendez-vous à voir des sols irréguliers et excentriques fenêtre à guillotine cadres. A l'arrière de la propriété il ya de belles vues sur Exeter supérieur et vers l'Haldon Hills. De la chambre principale il ya aussi une bonne vue de l'Exeter City Football Ground.
Pratique pour le bus Exeter et entraîneur stattion
Off-street parking (environ 50 yards loin) sera disponible sur demande à un petit supplément.

The best place for exploring Exeter

This is a terrific apartment: it is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and the location is perfect. All the interesting spots in Exeter are within easy walking distance. The owner, Anne Jobson, is more than friendly and helpful and she made us feel welcome from the first minute to the last. We will try to get back into this apartment whenever we get to Exeter again.

Apartment Near City centre

We had a lovely stay in this quirky apartment. Anne was warm and welcoming, and the location of the property was great for accessing central Exeter. Being able to park outside the garage was also a bonus as the area is residents only parking. The apartment is on the top two floors and is self-contained with its own front door. The host lives on the other floors so is available if you have any questions or need anything. If you like football there is a fantastic view of the stadium from both the kitchen and main bedroom windows.

Hübsche Wohnung an zentralster Lage. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine super Unterkunft!!!

Central, clean, convenient, unexpected owl!

The location is a very convenient short walk from the middle of town. The apartment is accessed via a common staircase through Anne's part of the house. It is very clean and comfortable. Set over two floors, it's definitely a quirky vintage - there isn't a level floor anywhere and the kitchen window is a wonky wonder! Despite that it all seems draft proof and very cosy. Well equipped kitchen, so we were able to have family round for dinner. Anne is a very helpful host and even took the time to introduce her owl to my children, who were delighted! Definitely one of the more unusual experiences we've had in holiday homes! Access to a parking space was particularly useful as the on-street parking is all limited to 2 hours locally.

Good location, but we can't recommend it

Location was convenient and parking was made available for us. BUT, the lounge carpet is horribly stained, one of the walls in the lounge is bubbling and peeling, the whole building smells strongly of mildew and the flat really needs a good cleaning.

Good location, comfortable bed and accommodating host.

Comfortable house to stay in. We didn't need to use the kitchen facilities so cannot comment on that. Builders working on nearby stadium at the moment so quite noisy from 8am in the morning. Anne was very helpful let us leave bags with her before check in time.

Comfortable and convenient home

We had a great time in Exeter and around, and Anne was a perfect host. She left us delicious local breakfast provisions and soap; provided us a place to park, and provided extra bedding when we needed it. The apartment is lovely and an easy walk from the center. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Great stay!

Fantastic!!

I've been there with my family for five days. The house is fantastic and it is situated in a good position (not far from the city centre). I really recommend it, especially if you are looking for a cozy and nice place to stay.

Schade eigentlich.......

Wir haben die Vermieterin als eine sehr nette Dame kennengelernt. Bei der Anreise fanden wir in unserer Wohnung Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Orangensaft, Honig und Brötchen vor. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet. Alle wichtigen Geräte waren ausreichend vorhanden. In der Nähe gab es für unseren PKW einen Parkplatz. Teile der Wohnungseinrichtung machten einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Das Zentrum ist fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Das Appartement ist für drei Personen ausreichend groß. Aber: Es war einfach nicht sauber! Das Appartement haben wir erst einmal geputzt. Es kann und darf nicht sein, dass ich die DNA-Hinterlassenschaften meines Vormieters beseitigen muss. Auch der in die Jahre gekommene verlegte Teppich machte keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Schade eigentlich......

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüssung fanden wir in der Wohnung Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Orangensaft, Brötchen, Cornflakes, Marmelade und Honig vor. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Zum Stadtzentrum waren es nur einige Gehminuten. Für unseren PKW gab es in der Nähe einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung erstreckte sich über zwei Etagen und ist für drei Personen optimal. Zu bemängeln war, dass die Wohnung vor dem häuslichen Niederlassen erst einmal komplett gereinigt werden musste. Badezimmer und Küche waren mehr als schmutzig..... Insgesamt war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, über die Art und Weise wie man eine Wohnung möbliert lässt sich mit Sicherheit streiten.... Nicht aber über gewisse Anforderungen von Sauberkeit. Schade eigentlich.

Thank you for the review and I am sorry about the kitchen and bathroom on this occasion and wish that my guests had said something at the time as I could have rectified the problem.. I am now not certain what the problem as the apartment is always thoroughly cleaned before any guest arrives. I am so sorry to my guests and will double check the situation in future.

Charming flat close to the city

Mrs Jobson bietet eine charmante Wohnung in einer excellenten Lage zur Innenstadt Exeters an. Mrs Jobson ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder.
