Une vue imprenable sur le lac, le parcours de golf et la montagne vous accueille, créant un sentiment de paix et de sérénité, une fois que vous entrez dans cette magnifique maison de luxe de style Cape Cod, avec 300 degrés de paysage. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement calme mais non isolé dans un quartier haut de gamme, avec Mountain Harbor Golf Course et restaurant club ci-dessous. Prenez un verre dans votre véranda couverte au niveau principal donnant sur la vue magnifique.
Notre propriété est située au centre, à 10 min. de Hiawassee, 20 min. de Murphy, 45 min. à la belle Helen et Blue Ridge, en Géorgie. Atlanta est à seulement 2 heures et 15 minutes. en voiture, 1 heure et 20 min. du parc national des Great Smokey Mountains.
Le Georgia State Fairgrounds ou Funland (go-cart racing, putt-putt) est Ă  seulement 12 minutes. Il y a plusieurs caves, randonnĂ©es et cascades Ă  proximitĂ©. Le lac Chatuge pour la pĂȘche, le canoĂ« ou le kayak est Ă  5 minutes. Si vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt pour l'aventure, 5 pourvoyeurs de rafting sont Ă  45-60 min. conduire de notre havre dans les nuages. Des itinĂ©raires touristiques pittoresques, l'extraction de pierres prĂ©cieuses, l'Ă©quitation, la pĂȘche Ă  la truite peuvent ĂȘtre trouvĂ©s dans un court trajet en voiture. Carmen was a caring host. She went the extra mile to meet our schedule changes. The house was well appointed with large bedrooms and comfy bedding. And oh the kitchen- it had every appliance and utensil you might need. I cooked and served two Thanksgiving dinners there and hope to do it again another year! It was the perfect stay for my family!

The Mountain Harbor house was a great place for some golfers to spend a perfect fall weekend.The house was just as it is listed and the ever changing Mountain View from the porch is beyond amazing. The check in process was great and the house is very equipped with everything needed.We will be back!

This house was a great place to stay for our family for the week. The view was absolutely incredible! We were even able to watch the NYE fireworks from the back porch. The house had everything we possibly needed; things many rentals seem to be missing (or have very little of) they had covered. Big pots to feed our large family, a large dining table, plenty of toiletries, plenty of linens (towels, sheets, blankets, etc), and the rooms were very large and spacious. The house was easily accessible and not too far from town. The upstairs shower didn't have a lot of pressure or very hot water, so we just used one of the other 2 showers, so it wasn't really a big deal.Carmen was an amazing host as well, making sure we had all we needed. We would definitely recommend this place, and would likely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was our third time staying here. Without a doubt, this house is the best one I have ever stayed at over many years. Carmen, the host, is attentive and spares nothing in her home to ensure you are comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms and the views are outstanding. Example, I forgot my toothbrush and there was a new one in the bathroom available to use (thanks!) A pantry full of spices is available if you forget to bring something. Spotlessly clean and nothing is out of place. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Thank you!

This is the ABSOLUTE best home to visit in the Hayesville area! Yes! Stop looking
 it’s perfect! The view is a gift from God. From the early morning fog peeping across the lake to the late night twinkle of the stars, you will experience the calmness and serenity of life unlike any place you’ll ever visit. The hosts, Carmen and Carlos, become like family as they have opened up their beautiful home to share its beauty. The driveway is paved and easy to get to. (My daddy says go up the mountain in the same gear you go down.) The three levels are perfect for small or large families, friends’ gatherings, or simply celebrating your anniversary. Their home is immaculately clean! The housekeepers are amazing. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. Just bring your groceries from the local Ingles
 I promise you won’t want to leave once you get there!

Perfect place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home while attending my sons regional golf tournament. This very comfortable, fully furnished home exceeded our expectations. The view of the mountains from the deck is absolutely amazing. The beds were super comfy and the layout is perfect for large or small groups. The host was super helpful with checkin and checkout. Would definitely pick this property to stay at again!

Exceeded our expectation!

Very well maintained property. Plenty of towels and sheets. If your are cooking at the house, there is plenty of seasonings and cookware. Amazing views of the mountains and golf course. Carmen was always checking on us making sure the check in went smoothly and if we needed anything. Close to Helen, GA and Murphy, NC. Will definitely stay there again

Didn't want to leave!

We loved staying here! The house had the best view of any place I have ever stayed. The location is so quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect for a family, with plenty of space to spread out. We loved grilling out and making s'mores on the fire pit. Carmen is an amazing VRBO host, very kind and attentive to our needs and making sure we had the perfect stay.

Spectacular Views!

What a wonderful weekend getaway! The house was spotless and the view was amazing. We spent so much time in the peace and quiet on the large porch just enjoying the views of the mountains and the lake. Carmen was such a lovely host. We hope to come back soon!

Absolutely perfect!

This mountain home is extraordinarily clean, cozy, and has the most stunning views! Three levels offer plenty of room for a large family. The owners are amazing!!! I’d give them 10 stars - very easy to communicate with! The night view from the porch is spectacular! You will fall in love with this beautiful view!

High above a gorgeous golf course with stars glistening clearly at night you’ll find the perfect mountain retreat home here! The owners are the absolute best and have provided everything you need to make a memorable stay. This home is exceptionally clean. The drive up is paved and easy access. You will be fascinated with the views of the mountains and lake in the distance! Absolutely stunning!!!

Beautiful Views from an Amazingly Kept Place :)

We stayed 2 nights for new years and loved it. The property is on a short but steep hill and that means some great great views of the valley and the lake. Lots of space for kids to explore. The kitchen was stocked with condiments, grill was usable and fire pit was great for the chilly nights outside! Its close enough to the "neighbors" in case one needs any help, but far enough that your noise wont disturb them :) Ideal, right?!The host very responsive and helpful. Go ahead, book this.

A Wonderful Getaway

We were looking for a nice quiet weekend getaway and we were not disappointed. The views were amazing and house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect. It is located close enough to town for a quick trip to the store, but was still very quiet and felt miles away. Carmen was very nice and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. Overall this is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again.

We rented this house in October 2016, with our daughter, son in law and grandchildren, to experience the stunning fall colors in the area, and fell in love with the beautiful Cape Cod style home. We loved the neighborhood, the spectacular lake and mountain views and the relaxation that it brought from our hectic, busy lifestyle in Miami. My husband wanted a "high elevation" home where we could escape the hurricane season and the summer heat. In 2019, when hurricane Dorian was about to hit, he came across the listing of our dream home, and that's how our desire of owning a mountain home became a reality.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The beauty surrounding the property and scenic roads and vistas to get to the house is an amazing experience. Being centrally located within a short drive of Helen, a unique Alpine Mountain Village, Anna Ruby Falls, Unicoi State Park, Nantahala National Forest, Chatahoochee National Forest, Jackrabbit Trail, Great Smoky Mountain National Park
and White Water Rafting was a defining qualification.
The option to leave the house early in the morning, and arrive in Miami by 8:30 pm on the same day was another important factor in our purchase decision, as well as having 2 airports (Asheville & Atlanta) within 1: 45 minutes - 2 hours drive to the house.

Relaxation, feeling you are up on top of the world, listening to the birds, and seeing the birds on our feeder in the main level porch is truly enjoyable.
The fire pit in the back of the house, accessed from the lower entertainment room, with stunning views, is an experience by itself during the day. At night, gaze at the stars and lights down in the valley, where the golf course is located , as well as the lights from the lovely homes below our property, and up in the nearby long range mountains..
Once you experience staying in this home, the fond memories will always pull you back, as it did to us since we stayed in 2016!
