La grande véranda avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan peut accueillir confortablement sept personnes. Vous adorerez voir les couchers de soleil d'ici ou tout simplement profiter des boissons et des repas pendant que vous regardez les surfeurs, les marins et les planchistes. Il y a une belle terrasse et un coin salon en herbe disponibles uniquement pour les clients du Diamond Head Beach Hotel avec des tables, des chaises et des chaises longues. L'écoute de l'océan depuis toutes les chambres de ce condo au 11e étage en fait une trouvaille exceptionnelle à Waikiki!

Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan et Diamond Head ~ 2 chambres (un trÚs grand lit, un grand lit et un nouveau canapé-lit queen dans le salon), unité de coin au dernier étage, tout nouveau propriétaire, novembre 2019 ~ Diamond Head Beach Hotel sur la Gold Coast.

Le condo de deux chambres (avec entrées séparées pour les deux chambres) peut accueillir confortablement six personnes en offrant un lit king, un grand lit et un canapé-lit queen. Il s'agit d'une unité de coin, grande (plus de 1 000 pieds carrés, y compris la véranda). Ce condo bien entretenu a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour merveilleux, y compris un nouveau téléviseur intelligent Samsung de 55 pouces. Il y a une grande cuisine (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre / four).

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec cafetiÚre, mixeur, cuiseur à riz, grille-pain, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes modernes. Laveuses et sécheuses sont facilement disponibles dans le bùtiment avec accÚs par ascenseur.

Nos clients ne paient pas de frais de service. Vous n'avez pas besoin de louer une voiture! Explorer Waikiki d'ici sans voiture est pratique car il est facile de marcher ou de prendre des bus et des taxis. Il y a un dépanneur Russell qui vend une variété de fournitures, de nourriture, de collations et d'alcool à seulement cinq minutes à pied du Diamond Head Beach Hotel (adjacent au New Otani Hotel).

Il y a d'excellents restaurants à moins de cinq minutes à pied. Le déjeuner et le dßner de Michel sont au Colony Surf au 2895 Kalakaua. Le célÚbre Hau Tree Lanai est un restaurant en plein air du New Otani Hotel au 2863 Kalakaua et sert le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dßner. Le New Otani a deux autres bons restaurants: le restaurant japonais Miyako et le Sunset Lanai.

Plus Ă  l'ouest sur Kalakaua se trouve Lulu Lulu au 2586 Kalakaua ouvert Ă  partir de 7h00. m. Ă  2:00 a. m. Cheeseburger in Paradise est situĂ© au 2500 Kalakaua ouvert Ă  partir de 7h00. m. Ă  12 a. m. Duke’s, cĂ©lĂšbre pour son brunch, ses boissons tropicales et ses concerts, est situĂ© au 2335 Kalakaua et ouvert Ă  partir de 7h00. m. Ă  12:00 a. m. Vous trouverez Ă©galement McDonald's, Burger King et Subway dans le mĂȘme quartier. Les magasins ABC sont excellents pour les cadeaux et les collations. Si vous aimez faire du shopping, vous aimerez vous promener le long de Kalakaua oĂč il y a de nombreux magasins locaux et internationaux vendant des vĂȘtements, des bijoux, des chaussures et des souvenirs.

This is a beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! We loved staying in this area - far enough away from Waikiki to be out of the crowds, but close enough to walk into the action. The condo had everything we needed, including beach gear, which was much appreciated. We very much enjoyed our stay and sunsets on the deck!

Amazing location

Our family of 5 had a great stay at the property. The location was great because it was south of the busy area but easy to walk to. The lanai overlooking the ocean was a great place to relax and watch the waves. We would definitely come back!

Property was as expected - comfortable and love the lanai - awesome views with sighting of whales most mornings. Loved the sunsets as well. Great location - close to everything Waikiki has to offer while still having a neighbourhood vibe. The park across the road is amazing with views of Diamond Head

Great location

A family of five enjoyed the location near beaches, Kapiolani Park, the Zoo . The condo was perfect for our family with great views of the ocean and whales from the big lanai ... and snorkeling just a short walk from the elevator. Thanks Mark for all the good info and easy late check in.

Breathtaking Views

Words really can’t describe your ocean front, 11th floor viewing experience from the balcony. The combination of the quieter neighborhood but short walk to the beach make this a perfect location. Best of both worlds!

Really liked our place. Very clean. The communication with our host was excellent. They provided plenty of linens. Additionally, the place had some games, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. The place could use some cosmetic updates but they are nothing that took away from the overall experience. The location is great. There's a beach that is about a 5-7 walk and it is perfect for snorkeling, surfing, or just relaxing. Plus, the location is only about a 10-15 minute drive from most restaurants, shopping, etc.

Gorgeous view

The apartment is amazing, the lanai unbelievable. Although it was often too hot to use. Still, we enjoyed the view. The twin bed is rather small for two adults but the sofa bed is good. The kitchen only has minimal equipment. The concierge is s great bonus, providing us with dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and additional towels. Mahalo

BIG SAFETY ISSUES but incredible view

It's hard to beat the view and location, however, this property should not be listed as a 'family favorite' as it is NOT safe for small children. This is the main reason I left one star for accuracy of online listing. All of the window coverings have long, floor length dangling cords which are VERY unsafe for small children. This is a massive safety issue for toddlers or younger children. The other safety issue is the patio/lanai - it is shallow in depth and full of patio furniture including the owner's storage box which is pushed right up to the edge on one side. A small child could climb up and easily fall off. The patio door is broken and constantly was either stuck open, or stuck close - NOT ideal for safety of small children. The door needs to be replaced. We ran out of dishwasher tabs/soap, garbage bags and hand soap during our stay - a sufficient amount of these basic amenities should have been provided for our group (5ppl) and length of stay (9 nights). The property managed responded promptly but the actual items weren't provided until 2 days after the request. We wouldn't stay here again unless safety upgrades were made.

Condo 1101

We’ve stayed in this building before so we knew what to expect regarding the age & quaintness of it. But this particular condo needs some major maintenance, repairs and upgrades. The supplies are very limited and sparse including kitchen dishes, glassware, cookware and bathroom towels. The basics that were there need to be updated. There was nothing extra like placemats or a tablecloth etc. Many of the items that are pictured in the listing were not there. It just was not a welcoming stay unlike other VRBO listings but was very clean which is always appreciated. The management replied quickly to any messages. Check in is easy. The best thing going for it is the location and the large balcony and the outdoor grounds are great! We enjoy the area.

Beautiful view but.....

I give it a 10/10 for the view. Sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous on the balcony. Communication with Mark was great. We did run into a few issues while we were there and Mark tried to resolve them. Check-in is easy and you'll be sent specific instructions. The condo is on the 11th floor and the elevator comes in handy. The photographer really did a great job. They made it look boho chic, but upclose the furniture is very outdated. I felt like they put half the effort in this place and photographed the best parts. The beds were ok. Pillows in the larger room were uncomfortable and i woke up with major neck pain. The wifi does not connect in the smaller room. Mark gave me another another wifi account and it worked. We stayed for 5 nights and were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults so we had to go buy more which is an inconvenient. It rained and water was coming in from the windows. It did not affect us but they do need to make some upgrades - seal around the windows, paint the condo especially the bathroom (small window in the bathroom is not easy to open and close.) The balcony is spacious and is the best part of the condo. There is a note on the sliding glass door to leave the door slightly opened and I highly suggest that you do or you can get locked out which we did once but a family member inside let us in. There is a laundry room in the garage which came in handy. It takes quarters or card. You will also need quarters for the meters across the street. It's .25 cents for 30 minutes from 10 am - 6 pm. It's not that bad but there was so much parking available in the parking lot of the condo and for the price you're already paying for the condo I just couldn't believe that they wanted to charge $30 a night for it. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure every condo comes with at least 1 parking spot. Our main complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. I understand you're in a tropical paradise and bugs are the norm, but it's not normal for us. We found 3 small roaches during our stay and this was my husband's biggest concern before stay here. Mark sent out pest control and they didn't find any critters but we did again that night. We checked all our bags before heading home. We were offered a refund for 1 night if we wanted to go find another place to stay but it would be too much to try and check out and find a place. The location is great but lots of motorcycles at night. Can walk to Waikiki shops and restaurants.

Pretty much a perfect spot, great view, plenty of space, close to anything you could want to do, and right next to a bus stop for stuff that's further away. Quick responses from the owners whenever there were questions or changes. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need. The beds were plenty comfortable. All around a fantastic stay all together. Given the chance to come back this is easily the first location I'll be looking at.

Relaxing and Close to Beach

This place was perfect for our family: plenty of room, clean and beautiful restful views of the ocean. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai and enjoying the gentle breeze while watching the surfers below. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend to others.
