All the bed mattresses need replaced and the den furniture needs replaced . Bedroom carpet is dirty we couldn’t sleep on the large bed in master bedroom would not rent this again I had to sleep on the old couch

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were uncomfortable during your stay and that the master bedroom mattress did not meet your expectations. Both the king and queen mattresses are less than five years old. We understand that mattress comfort is a matter of personal preference, as some guests prefer a softer mattress while others prefer a firmer one. Unfortunately, it can be challenging to find a mattress that provides the ideal comfort for everyone. We were surprised to learn that the bedroom carpet was reportedly stained, as the bedroom carpet and living room furniture were professionally cleaned on September 29th, just a few weeks prior to your stay. We personally inspected the cleaning afterward and were pleased with the results. We take our guests’ feedback seriously and will inspect the mattresses, den furniture, and bedroom carpet to determine whether any additional cleaning, updates, or improvements are needed. We want all of our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay as our reviews reflect. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your comments.

With a beautiful balcony view on the 8th floor, we enjoyed our summer getaway on Gulf Shores in this beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable condo, which had everything we needed, including comfortable beds! We felt safe, and the lovely beach was just an elevator trip and short boardwalk away! My ONLY complaint is that the refrigerator froze a few of our food items. I would return here again.

The beach view from the balcony was fantastic—a great place to sit in the morning and watch the sun rise. The room was immaculate and everything we had seen in the photos. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved the ease of the beach access and the pool was very nice and actually heated. My little ones loved the beach and sandbar and the pool and kiddie area! Very nice overall!

Amazing Experience

We loved staying here!! the condo was perfectly clean when we arrived and anytime we needed anything the owner was fast to message us back!! The location on the strip was the best, it was very easy to get in and out of the condo!

Fourth of July stay

This was the best stay I’ve had at the beach in a long time! The water was amazing the whole trip. The condo was in the perfect location and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
