We have stayed at many nice VRBO's . This was by far the nicest we have ever stayed at. Kari thought of everything and was extremely welcoming and informative. We are talking about when we can come back.

My husband and I stayed here the month of October 2025. I would definitely rate my stay and the condo a perfect 10! It was provided with all the comforts of home. There wasn’t anything we needed that was not provided for us. The condo was very clean, easy check in and located in the back for much privacy . I would highly recommend renting this condo. We are already thinking of next year and this would be the condo for us, and it was a gated community which we appreciated. Right from the great location to the fantastic condo itself the host is on top of everything. Clean and stocked with your every needs. We have stayed here four times each time for a month and it makes the vacation a great experience. We will keep coming back.

Comfort and Relaxation

The condo is better than the description. The host has provided all you need for a wonderful experience. The amenities, the location, and being close to downtown is a plus. The communication with the host is immediate and everything is taken care of. We have stayed 3 times and will be back in August for another great vacation with our family.

Great place to stay

Very welcoming. Walk through door to a personalized welcome sign and great aroma! Very well equipped. Immaculately clean. Bed very comfortable with plenty pillows. Host provided unexpected niceties! Host communicates immediately. Feel safe since to get into hall where room is stays locked unlocked w your key Bob. Our second stay and as wonderful as first. We have stayed in several and Kari tops them all!

great place

There property was very nice, Keri was fantastic in helping us along. The location was a bit challenging ; there was alot of driving involved as the property was in a large residential area and somewhat isolated. Traffic was heavy once we left the complex.The suite itself was super quiet which we always appreciate.Amenities were excellent. And if you are a golfer it's heaven, with two courses right across the road.

Perfect Condo for our Family Visit

This is our second time staying at this condo. The description does not fully explain how great your experience is going to be. Check in is easy, condo is immaculate, and it is fully stocked with just about anything you might need. Because of the host's work we were able to concentrate on enjoying our vacation with our family. You are close to town, restaurants, and stores. We will be back again. Highly recommend this condo!

I stayed at this property for 3 weeks for business in St Augustine. It was clean, quiet, stocked with lots of essentials and nice extras. Super comfy bed!. Questions to host were answered promptly. I will stay here again if available.

Beautiful neighborhood and condo unit

The condo was exactly as described. It was well-kept, very clean and the neighborhood amenities exceeded our expectations. It was a great home away from home during our visit to the St. Augustine area. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Nice, quiet, and peaceful

I had a great stay at this property. The property was clean and quiet, stocked with a selection of necessities in case you forgot anything, and close to a lot of shops for grocery shopping, eating, and dessert. Host was very responsive and gave clear sign in and departing instructions.

Recreation at its best

We were able to enjoy the heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts. Very friendly community, that we’d go back to again!! The condo and patio were just as described, and we felt very welcomed!

Incredible Property

Giving a five star review for this property is the easiest thing I've done in a while. From the beginning of our VRBO search to our checkout the owner has been responsive and helpful along the way. The cleanliness was impeccable. This was a weekend get away for my wife and I and we so enjoyed the spacious and gorgeous accommodations we never had to give thought to our surroundings. We didn't want to leave!

Luxury at affordable price!

Love the security of the gated property. A Lush well maintained large property with ponds, flower gardens, palm trees and Spanish moss trees, so relaxing. We could sit on our patio and listen to the water fountain or walk the grounds to the ponds. So many extras offered for fun. This host pays attention to every detail from decor, to cleanliness, and even leaving complimentary comfort items for guest. This is the most comfortable bed away from home I’ve experienced including the 5 star resorts. If you leave something behind it’s nice to know someone who cares will return it. That’s this host. This was my first vacation since open heart surgery last year. I needed something good in my life and this vacation was a pleasure.
