Great space, great views, and good amenities. Although we were there in January and couldn't use the pool, the walk to the beach was right outside the pool area - just a few steps away.Remember to bring your own bath soap!Things that can be better - The secondary showers were not able to get hot water. There were stains on the linen and rust on the bathroom counters, shower heads, and faucets.We never had to contact the host; everything was self-explanatory.

Start the summer vaxay

Perfect location in Wild Dunes. Second floor gave a great view and has an elevator making it easy to unload and pack up. VERY clean, great pool, beautiful beach. Highly recommend this vacation spot!

Beach Front in Isle of Palms

The apartment was clean, newly decorated, pool side and ocean view. The resort has it all. Pool, Beach, Golf, Tennis, Bike trails. Beautiful!

Very Nice, Clean, and lots of space for big family

Highly recommend this condo and our family will be staying again. Deck, large windows and three sliding glass doors are parallel with the ocean for great unobstructed view. Patio overlooks the pool. Two Large king beds for adults & a small child too. The two double beds were perfect for our three older teens, off the kitchen. They had a separate space away from the master bedrooms & adults, to stay up late. Every bedroom had a large bathroom. Condo is larger than pictured.

Wonderful location and condo

Ocean Oasis is a wonderful 3 bedroom condo that felt just right for our family of 6 (kids between age 6 and 14). Plenty of space to spread out without the price of a house. Owners are very communicative and check-in process was easy (minus not having a parking pass until after checking in, however the gate gave us a day pass without a problem). Wild Dunes is a very nice area with easy access to the beach and pool. Would be nice to have access to the resort pools, although it appears they have stopped allowing owners give out the Sports Card that is needed. Easy access to Charleston (20 min) and Mount Pleasant (15 min) which has a wide variety of shops/restaurants.

Great stay

Isle of Palms is great and staying in the Wild Dunes section makes it even more enjoyable. The beaches are top notch and you feel very secluded and safe. Could not be a better location on the beach. The building where this unit is located is an older building and is showing its age a little. But, this unit has been renovated (except the bathrooms) and is very nice. The decor is beautiful, the appliances are new and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. You have a view of the ocean from the balcony and two of the bedrooms. Also a great view of a very well kept pool area. We had a smooth check in and great communication with the rental company. We would absolutely stay again.

Great location...needs some maintenance

Overall property is great. Walking up to the door, blinds are broken, missing some blinds, looks sketchy. However once you open the door the condo looks very inviting and updated. Small holes in the wall, kitchen light was burned out and mattress in smaller master needs to be replaced as it sinks in the middle. No wine glasses in otherwise well stocked kitchen. Location was amazing and condo was clean and bright. Just a few maintenance issues to address to make this property a solid 5 stars.

Beautiful location and proximity to the beach

Overall, this property was a good experience. The ocean view was beautiful and the pool was peaceful (however, half the property was under construction, so I’m guessing it would be busier otherwise). The condo had all the necessities but we were surprised it didn’t have beach/pool towels for use. The condo was only a 6/10 for cleanliness (we fund some strays under the couch and the dishes were spotty). Additionally, with the construction (which we were aware of) the water had to be turned off on 3 separate days for ~4 hours each (which was not expected). However, the communication with the owner/vacation team was really good and they refunded us some money for the inconvenience. Overall, I give the place a 7.5/10.

Beach Getaway and attending my niece’s wedding!

My family had a wonderful trip to Isle of Palms for some beach time and to attend my niece’s wedding in Charleston. The three bedroom three bath condo was perfect for my wife and I, my son and his wife, and my daughter and her boyfriend.

Not As Advertised

Cleanliness of a rental is top on my priority list - the condo was generally clean with the exception of the bathroom sinks which were all clogged and quite disgusting. Housekeeping obviously ignored the problem. Every piece of furniture in the unit is plastic, the clothes dryer didn’t dry, and the kitchen is sparsely equipped. Also the screen door to the balcony doesn’t close completely. Won’t be renting this unit again.
