À 800 mètres de la plage de Bonnet Shores ou à quelques minutes de la plage de Narragansett. Détendez-vous sur le pont et profiter de la vue sur l'eau incroyables. Rincez dans notre chaud / froid extérieur clos douche après une journée à la plage. La maison est entièrement équipée avec toutes les fonctionnalités modernes, y compris la climatisation centrale, deux cuisines complètes, deux grandes salles de séjour et bien plus encore. Idéal pour une grande famille ou multi-famille. Meubles comprend deux tables de salle à manger, une grande suite parentale (27x15 pieds) avec un roi et un lit complet et un pied énorme dans le placard avec vanité. Cinq autres grandes chambres un roi et quatre reines, toutes avec un excellent espace de placard et beaucoup de commodes. La maison a deux laveuses, sécheuses deux, chaise haute, parc à jouer et des barrières de sécurité enfant pour votre commodité. Câble, téléviseurs, DVD et Internet sont disponibles.


Échapper à calmer Bonnet Shores: maison abordable avec au sentiment de la maison ... grande pour la collecte multi-famille à cause de la mise en page et une salle tailles. Le premier étage dispose d'une cuisine complète salon et salle à manger avec une salle de bain complète, deux chambres et une laveuse / sécheuse. Le deuxième étage a un grand salon, une grande cuisine et salle à manger avec une grande chambre, salle de bains et une immense salle de lavage. Le troisième étage a une suite parentale massive avec un dressing, une salle de bains et deux chambres supplémentaires. La maison a une disposition merveilleuse. Rives Bonnet est un excellent emplacement à Narragansett, RI; à proximité de toutes les plages, Newport; Casinos Jamestown, Providence et CT. Le quartier est super qui est sûr et convivial. Vous êtes à distance de marche des parcs, marchés, Dunking Donuts, Ice Cream Shop, practice et plus encore. Great place, amazing location

This was our first time staying at this spacious beach property for our annual Narragansett family vacation. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 kids (including toddlers and an infant). The two kitchens/living rooms allowed adults and kids to have separate hang out spaces. A/C on every floor was great after a long beach day and made for a comfortable nights sleep. Outdoor shower, baby gates and a high chair were all nice extras. Access to the private Kelly Beach is about 1/2 mile away. Very walkable but we elected for a designated driver to make a couple runs for drop offs and pickups with so many little kids. Definitely recommend and we will certainly be back.

Very good. A few things need repair /replaced. eg 2nd floor dining chairs legs wobbly. Blender doesn't work 2nd floor. Otherwise well stocked. Nice yard for outdoor games.

A wonderful week!

The house itself and the location were perfect for the 14 of us. Neighborhood was quiet and great for walks and bike rides. It's exactly 3/4 of a mile to Kelly Beach which is beautiful. Low tide, high tide, morning, afternoon, and golden hour...exactly what we wanted in a beach. A huge advantage was having two kitchens which made the food prep so easy! With little ones, having all the space on the 3 levels made nap time and bedtime easy, too. Greatly appreciated were the stair gates, high chair, and the extra beach chairs. And plenty of parking which has always been a challenge in our past rentals. This house checked all the boxes - hope it's a go in the future for our family!👍👍👍

Annual family get together

This house was ideal for our 3 family family get together . Enough beds for 12 people to all get a bed, and had space for ‘surprise’ guests if necessary! Having two kitchens was wonderful, and there were enough baths and showers for all. Spaces big enough for group activities and meals, and space for people to get away when necessary. Negatives? Nope- nothing but a squeaky door, and a sticky door on the main (second) floor, and they were not enough to stop the fun and craziness. Great neighborhood, quiet, great backyard, easy walk yo beach and ice cream! Highly recommended, and the hostess put all that we needed for the babies and beach on the house. Thanks for a great week!

Awesome family trip

This house has tons of space for multiple families who vacation together. We loved having the two kitchens and dining areas since we cooked quite a bit. Several grocery stores within 15min drive or less. Plenty of dinnerware at the house. The beach was easy to drive (3-4min), also can walk but since there are no sidewalks harder for large groups with kids. The problem we encountered was miscommunication about providing our own bedsheets and towels, which required us to borrow from family who lived in nearby town. It all worked out in the end, but recommend putting this info on listing. Helena and George were pleasant, kind and available for questions through out our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

The property is spacious and perfect for multiple families! I stayed with my family and kids and my sister and her family. There are 2 kitchens and living areas and the dining room table in the main area was big enough for us all to sit and eat. The owner answered all of my questions quickly. I loved the beach nearby also.

Great space for a large family, excellent location!

This property is located in a private and exclusive area in Narragansett. The views are breath taking! It was a blessing to share this part of RI with my grandchildren. The home was roomy and comfortable and equipped with all basic necessities. I had my morning coffee on the deck with my daughter every morning viewing waters. At night you can hear the waves from the back yard. I would rent this property again.

Family Vacation

Wonderful property for our family. 4 families shared 3 floors. Kitchens were well outfitted for our 2 birthday parties. Very comfortable living room furniture up and down. It was very easy communicating with Helen. The fenced in area off the patio was a welcome surprise as we had a very active toddler.

Great stay!

While weather was not our friend (checked in the day before Hurricane Henri and later Kelly Beach closed due to high bacteria count), the house was really perfect, comfortable and clean. Space enough for all of us to spread out when we needed to but commune and join together for fun and games as well. Great location and walk to beach was an easy trip. Not such a great walk with little children, I would say, as no sidewalks - but all of the cars seemed used to sharing the road and slowed down for us, kindly. We hope to return next year!

Great family vacation

We loved our stay at this spacious and clean property. Our large family had plenty of room on the three floors, each having it’s own bathroom. The two laundry rooms and kitchens came in especially handy ! Short walk to Kelly beach, which has nice soft sand and perfect for little ones with gentle waves. Drop off spot is handy too! Located near plenty of other beaches plus stores, restaurants and St Veronicas chapel.Planning another stay next summer!

Great rental for multi-family get-together.

This home was a great rental for my wife and me along with our three adult children, their spouses and “our” eight grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone for relaxing, dining, and for the eight cousins to figure out each night’s sleeping arrangements. The fenced-in back yard is ideal for a pick-up game of wiffleball or frisbee golf after spending the day at Kelly Beach. Adults can watch the activities in the backyard from the second floor deck which offers a distant water view. Everything was as advertised … and then some! For example, few things in life (at home or away) are more frustrating than firing-up the gas grill only to have it run out of propane. Helena obviously chose to eliminate the potential for that particular frustration as part of her hospitality as there were back-up bottles of propane on site. The home provided enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The 2 kitchens were ideal for cooking for so many plus plenty of dishes and the 2 laundry rooms certainly were convenient . Plenty of beach items and the fenced backyard was ideal for little ones. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was that the tile floors were not clean. We noticed that right away since we are a family that does not wear shoes inside! The remainder of the house was clean.The short walk to the beach was narrow and on a busy road. There is no parking at the beach.
