Welcome to Narragansett. This home has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with a large and private outdoor deck and yard. Sleeps 12. Parking for 6 cars. Central Air Conditioning. Outdoor shower. TV in living room. Wireless internet and basic cable in all bedrooms plus living room. Fully stocked kitchen. New Washer/Dryer. Neighborhood is full of summer rentals. About 2000 feet from Scarborough State Beach. With children the walk is about 15 minutes. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and Kleenex.

Linens and bath towels are provided and linens are set up before arrival.

Please note check in is at 4pm and check out is at 9am. Any special checkin/out requests must be made at time of booking. Thank you.

Great vacation

Amazing Vacation

Great family house

This house was everything we wanted. There was enough bedroom space and parking for everyone. It’s a little further from the beach than we were expecting and challenging with kids with little legs. Great experience overall.

Fun Family stay at the beach.

This six bedroom spacious house is located in a quiet yet lively neighborhood. There is room for yard games and the beach can easily be reached by walking. The area has little traffic making it safe to walk. Would definitely stay again with our three families and three generations.

Wonderful stay

Everything was as expected from pictures and communication from the owners was super prompt and helpful every step of the way. Great neighborhood, very close to the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking! The entire process was extremely easy. Already looking to book again!

Cozy and comfy beach house

This property was perfect for 10 adults and 2 kids. It is a short walk to Scarsborough beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The house has good furnishings for a large group and plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The yard is nice with a deck and hammock. Highly recommend this property!

Spacious home so close to the beach

This was the perfect vacation home for us. We had 5 adults and 6 kids. The house was as described. The host was very responsive. We loved that the house was within a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was very nice. It has a gift shop, snack shack, restrooms and showers. There is an ice cream truck that comes everyday around 4:30. That was very exciting for the kids. The grill was clean and ready for use. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans etc. There was also kcups available and some welcome snacks along with some mini tubes of sunscreen, conditioner, shampoo and lotions. We would be happy to stay her again.
