Paradise is only paradise if you are here, so it is about time you got here! Paradise Villa is a lavish vacation home located in the heart of Destin’s Miramar Beach. Its convenient location places visitors near all things coastal, including the beach, shops, restaurants, and outdoor entertainment. This vacation home features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and can host up to 20 vacationers. It is a hotspot for an extended family reunion or vacation with your favorite group of friends!

The first floor is dedicated to spacious sleeping quarters. One guest suite has a king-size bed, a twin bunk nook, and a bath with a walk-in shower. The other includes two full bunk beds and shared bathroom access with a tub shower combination. This level also includes a convenient wet bar – hello, bottomless tropical cocktails! Here, you also have direct access to the pool and poolside patio, convenient for a freshwater dip anytime you want. The columned veranda has tables and chairs for relaxing poolside.

Ascend the steps to the second level to find a grand great room complete with tropical décor, sunny windows, and a cozy vibe. The large living room is the perfect spot for entertaining and relaxing. A gracious seating ensemble is made up of a cream-colored couch that converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, and two gray accent chairs. A flat-screen TV, blue credenza, patterned rug, and accent tables round out the space. Behind the couch, a large chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a wraparound bar with seating for eight. Nearby, the dining area features a formal table, modern chandelier, and eight white chairs. Glass doors lead onto an outdoor balcony with a table, chairs, and a grill. Enjoy dining al fresco or simply taking in the tropical views.

The third level is comprised of the remaining bedrooms and a bonus wet bar. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, and access to an outdoor balcony. The final guest room has two full beds, a private bath, and balcony access.

Not only is this home its own private oasis, it also provides guests with access to the neighboring Crescent condo complex. Here, guests can enjoy the benefits of the beachfront pools, hot tub, gazebos, and BBQ grills. Of course, the beach is also located only a short stroll away, so don’t forget to take full advantage of the soft sand and warm Gulf waters! Other nearby amenities include grocery stores, popular restaurants, lively bars, and a variety of beach amusements.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access, Wet Bar.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, one of the community pools is seasonally heated.
